The way you've put them does make sense, but Sans is so widely known for being the only encounter that keeps dodging attacks, and on their first attempt, no player can successfully dodge every single attack and gets completely and utterly destroyed. That's why this joke is funny, because it represents the player's struggle to beat Sans. Genos' reaction would have been a perfect match for the players' reaction to Sans as well. Having it the other way around and Sans getting destroyed kinda defeats the joke. I will say though, I like what you did at the end with the slight tap being the killing blow. I still liked the video, just my thoughts.
