I bought one of these from David last year. Bought a Tele with a 3-saddle bridge, to make it easier for my Luthier to install in behind the Tele bridge, and do a simple half moon cutout between strings 2 and 3. It's worked out well, and lately, although I have several other EG's, I've been using that EG at my church the last few Sundays. AND the strings stay in tune. The bender is made very well, and am happy and pleased with it. And David himself directly answered a few of my questions on and off via email, so very good customer service, something not real common in today's business world of music these days. And NO, David did not ask me to write this comment! ha ha. I just wish there were more Instruction Videos on it.

Thanks for posting your video of the Certano bender. You have some cool chops and get a great tone!
I'm seeing a lot of cool videos about this product, but have some questions that don't seem to get addressed:
    1. As the G and B strings no longer route through the body, do you notice a difference in tension or tone?
    2. Do conventional finger string bends feel different on the G or B string?
    3. Does the Certano bender add much weight?
    4. When you move the pitch bending "arms" out of the way, can you palm mute like you would on a conventional Tele? I'm concerned about having to adjust my right hand when the arms are moved away.
    5. Can the arms be used when swung away (aka backwards) from the pickups? I do this often with my Strat trem to keep it out of the way of my picking hand.
