Ah it warms my heart to see my favorite MARV tank appear
M.A.R.V. Assembly Complete
Already appered in previous videos.
Same bruh M.A.R.V. is my favorite too
I'm surprised he hasn't done the Mirage Tank yet, myself.
@@ProfessorYanait aint really that big tho, its just really really really cool.
That's the first time I've seen "Supreme Commander" mentioned in a Sci Fi size comparison video. It was one of my favorite Rts games and it's cool to see the Rhino and Rock head's size up close!
all hail the all bran
aww no fatboy? Guess it's not really a tank.
I appreciate how these videos have introduced me to branches of sci-fi that I might never have become aware of otherwise: "Hammer's Slammers", "OGRE" and "Bolo" all seem worth a look just based on the cool designs I've seen on this channel.
Also, *BANEBLADE!*
The late Keith Laumer, the creator of Bolos, has been dead for some time now. Some other authors, with permission of his estate (I assume), have written novels based on his works. It's unlikely you'll be able to find many of his works being printed at this time.
However, one of his novels is being reprinted _Bolo: Annals of the Dinochrome Brigade_ published in paperback just last year as part of the CAEZIK Notables series. It's currently available at Chapters/Coles/Indigo.
*_IT IS THE BAAAAAAAAAAANEBLAAAAAAAADE!_*
I like both the alicorn and the MERV more then the Bain blade . But the bolo tank soloes anything in WH40K .
baneblade! 🥰🥰
@@Bake-kurijraNot the Tessaract vault
Thanks you for including so many tanks from my fav games franchisee (Metal Slug,C&C series,Dune,...). So I'll love see you add these for your list(some of them you may already did) :
Tanks from Panzer Front: E-79,Aureole,IS-152,SU-122s,Shortbull and T69E3.
ST-22 Earth Crisis from Battle Garegga
Bahamut from Battle Bakraid
Wild Weasel from Raiden Fighters trilogy,Gust Weasel and Sand Lobster from Raiden Fighters 2,boss tanks from Raiden Fighters 3.
there more but I can't remember for now so I goonna add them later.
There was a discontinued mobile turn-based strategy known as "Super Battle Tactics" produced by Dena a few years back. While I doubt it would be easy to estimate the weights of some of the tanks, there was a load of memorable ones that might make the cut for a list like this. And a benchmark for size might be a bit hard to find.
I remember that game.
Really taking us on a tour of Science Fiction armour. Outstanding work!
Now that you did the Mega Gargant, you should consider making a vid / vid series with WH40K's Titans and maybe the mechs from Battletech/Mechwarrior. That would be awesome.
Metal Ball Studios did one in the same style as this series: ua-cam.com/video/-y6kW-m2JSA/v-deo.html
@@Myomer104 yeah but that one is about mechs in general
Some suggestion for the next video:
Sherm (Super Mario Odyssey)
Tank Robot (Tank Fortress 2)
Hammerhead (Warhammer 40,000)
Batomys (Valkyria Chronicles)
Marmota (Valkyria Chronicles)
Centurion (Valkyria Chronicles)
seeing gunhed in this size comparasion brings a wide smile to my face
great job
Honestly he could just use all the fictional tanks on World of Tanks(and Blitz) alone and he'd have enough for like ten episodes lol
Fun to see some old school sci-fi tanks in the list, like the Blower tank from Hammer's Slammers.
I didn't get the boss tank right. I DID guess the franchise! Do I get half credit?
i also heard of a german mobile fortress on the air attack 2 its on mission 16
Awesome! Thx for the video.upload
I feel like the Cabal Land Tanks in D2 should get a mention. We don't really know how huge the Halphas Electus is, but from being outside, this thing's BIG.
Since you are covering tanks from command and conquer mods, you could cover the Blackbear and/or the Manticore prototype tanks from the Rise of the Reds mod for command and conquer generals zero hour.
Or any other tank from that mod since they're very well made.
You could also cover the tank boss from stage 3 or stage 11 in skyforce reloaded, a game similar to what the last tank in this video was from.
Also nice vid.
its canned dread and the scarlet heart repectively
Maybe the mastiff fro. Ra3 paradox? Rip
Ayo why not Ganzir Defender from RA2YR Mod Mental Omega?
@@DakkaScrappa yeah, those. Forgot their names, thanks!
What about the overlord with rotary cannons from Contra 009? It used to be called the Shaitan, can’t remember the new name though. Guanyu?
Smasher looks amazing when it's modelled like that, good job
Great video!
Maybe slow down on some of the transitions? I enjoy reading the descriptions and had to rewind a few times.
Holy crap I forgot about Gunhed. I even have it on DVD. I guess it is time to watch it again.
A few I can think of, if you do another sequel:
-Stealth Tank (Command and Conquer)
-Darkstorm (War Commander)
-E-79 (Panzer Front series)
-Blitztrager E-110 (World of Tanks)
-Jagdpanzer Aureole (Panzer Front)
-Anything/one from Shin Combat Choro-Q, really
Well done on this one! You're quite talented with this software!
Are the tanks in that living free thinking beings ?
im fairly sure stealth was in earlier vids
Correction: the Prism Tank in Red Alert 2 would not be under the Virgin Interactive Entertainment (publisher) name, but either under Electronic Arts (publisher) or preferably Westwood Studios (developer, also known as Westwood Pacific at time of release).
glad someone else pointed that out. was such a good game. same can also be said about the 7:15Devastator from dune 2, was a westwood/ea, not virgin games, if im recalling correctly.
Another Gundam super is the Big Tray class "Land Battleship" from the Universal Century timeline, which literally goes Ratte in scale and uses Battleship turrets.
Man, I like this fictional tank series!
For more tanks, here's the other tanks that I want you to cover:
Manticore Heavy Tank (Battletech)
The original Demolisher Tank (Battletech)
Prowler Tank (Planetside 2)
Guardian Tank (Red Alert 3)
Mirage Tank (Red Alert 2/Yuri's Revenge)
Trajan Heavy Grav Tank (Renegade Legion)
Scorpion Tank (C&C Generals)
Hammer Tank (Red Alert 3)
Big Tray-class Landship (Mobile Suit Gundam)
Imagine a battle between the Bolo Mk. 33, Capitol Imperialis, and Apparetoride.
Local property values will drop
Would love to see videos dedicated to particular franchises, in particular Battletech.
Would be cool to see some of the boss tanks from Area 88/U.N Squadron SNES game in the next one
Love that you put Gunhed in there!
Very happy to see Venus Wars' Octo Tank in there!
The Sheer sizes and numbers in supreme commander series is absolutely mindblowing.
8:13 I remember fighting this thing and when they said it was a tank I sat there like "NO THAT'S NOT A TANK."
just finished watching parts 1-4 (after seeing part v.)
Disappointed there weren't more transformers in the mix, but I understand
Nicely done, very interesting to see things in scale.
I had no idea that rock heads were the size of MARVs. Also, missing the Sand Lobster from Raiden Fighters 2. It's around the size of the loop master boss.
I remember fighting that boss in 1944, another Boss that should be in the 6th video would be Doramascher from Striker 1945 1
Venus wars?!?!? I love that movie
Idk if anyone else has mentioned it but the word of Blake jihad did not take place until 3067, 3039 would have put it before the clan invasion.
I remember spending 5 hrs trying to beat the apperitoride and failing
I should point out that Natasha Romonov, the woman next to the Red Alert 2 Prism Tank, is from Red Alert 3. Then again, the Allied Mirage Tank from RA3 was a hybrid of the RA2 Prism Tank and the Mirage Tank. So I guess nothing is harmed.
Increíble. Una verdadera joyita. Agradecido desde ya por el video Maestro. 🛠👍🇦🇷😀
6:01 what is that standing next to the rhino? Only thing the Cybrans have that's that small is their light assault bot, and that isn't one.
It's Commander. Very small Commander.
And even it's taller than rhino.
Haha, the music variation when the baneblade come. FOR THE EMPEROR!!
Love to see some of the fictional tanks from 3do's Battletanx in one of these videos. Goliath was fun, and can likely deduce a weight since the abrams is in there and smaller than the goliath.
1:52 ah yes the smasher, i fucking hate that thing.
Gundam and Warhammer appearing in these videos makes me happy. ^_^
Love it. You're really churning these out. And it's fun watching you improve with each video. The models are looking better each time. Now we just need a world of tanks type game with all of these tanks in it.
Some more to think about for the next one
Landmaster - Starfox
Fellblade - Warhammer 40000
Eldar Scorpion - Warhammer 40000
IS 8 ball - World of Tanks April Fools 2017
Mako - Mass Effect
Any of the tanks from Battletanx or World Destruction League
Land Carriers - Homeworld Deserts of Kharak
Hydra Tank - MCU
Centaur - Gears of War
Pariah Tank - Gears of War
Wolfenstein vehicles
Doom Eternal tank
Blackmare - Rogue Trooper
Landram - Battlestar Galactica
Pearly and the Chig tank - Space Above and Beyond
Juggernaut and Land Leviathan - Rise of Legends
He/she already did the IS-8: ua-cam.com/video/bDEKTZA7H40/v-deo.html
Can I make a request for your next fictional tanks videos? What about the robots' tanks from Team Fortress 2? Thx!
no
ah yes. the Smasher the Fun and Matchmaking destroyer next to the Annihilator tank.
A few more, such as the main fictional tanks seen in the old PS1 game, "Panzer Front" are worth looking at.
Another one is the Nort 'Blackmare' tank from 2000AD's Rogue Trooper saga. Trouble with the different artists, was that they tended to draw their own versions of it. So there was never a proper looking design.
need to see zoids heavy vehicles....the tinny molgas and rhino...and finnally the dead stinger or the ultrasuarus...nice video man
We can't wait for the other Bolo marks to be added.
Cool to see ZA4 get a mention, I just wish that either the Goliath tank or the Imperial Siege Tank from Destiny got a mention
Как же я обожаю эту песню
Multi era of War
Woah I can't even believe that a Cybran Rhino tank made an appearance love all things Cybran.
Woaw. This boss is HUGE.
It is called Apparetoride.
Apparetoride Indeed, it is the largest tank in the gaming industry... I was even able to find his full sprite
Supreme Commander, my favorite RTS. Also Cybran 4life.
I like how the Megatank is at the low end of the weight class for a light tank
Small world here at Advanced Wars, mate
Yay! We got more of them
It would be nice, if you could include the PS2-Game „Seek & Destroy“ otherwise known as „Shin-Combat Choro-Q“ in this series. In this game tanks etc. are living individuals.
There are some fictional tanks in this game. For example the „Q-Stein-Emperor“, who has three different forms/stages in his boss-fight.
There are also some fictional aircraft and ships in this game. Check it out if you want to ;)
A great game that should have had more love.
@@frag2k12 so in that game are the tanks organic living beings ?
@@Bake-kurijra Well they are living beings, its kind of like Cars though there is no obvious eyes or mouths.
What? Those little rock heads are HUGE!
The Mega-Tank always looks cool to me.
Might I add, the alternative forms of the Shagohod. What you showed in the video you showed it in was the "Larva" form. There's also a "Pupa" shagohod and a 3rd one I forget the name of.
Love your videos but this one tended to go a little faster, I had to rewind to be able to read some of the descriptions but otherwise 👍👍👍
That's it, you need to include the tanks from the iconic HomeAnimations. KV-44 deserves to be here.
Did anyone else not realize how fucking big an SC2 Rockhead is? In game they look like bloody RC cars.
Smiles in Moorecock's "the land leviathan"
excellent job 👍👍
Thank you! Cheers! 😁😁
fourth attempt, ''the Ground Battleship Doramascher'' from ''strikers 1945'', that would be cool for part 5
Executive Assault -2 has some tanks you might wanna check out :)
One minor detail. The A-8 Tiger is from Battlefield 2142, not 2143. (as much as I wish there was a 2143)
The next one I want to see some star wars tank please.
Sad to see my fav tank, *T'au Empire Hammerhead Gunship* from 40k not in here, but at least 40k and Bolo haven't been left behind.
I'd be careful incorporating walkers; now you're talking about a whole other branch of possible armored vehicles. Maybe a whole video dedicated to armored vehicle walkers?
That can be for "Crazy Fictional Tanks pt 5"
I am shocked and greatly disappointed by the absence of any Bolo tanks of the Dinochrome Brigade on this list. I mean, the later models of those tanks were designated as "Continental Siege Units"! RIP Keith Laumer.
Bolo tanks on part 1 and 2. 😁 > ua-cam.com/video/VzkknhgxtO4/v-deo.html
@@AmazingViz Bugger, I hadn't realized this was a multipart series! I'll check out the other videos.
I'd love to see you feature the Ash Crawler Chrysanthemum from God Eater 3 in one of these tank videos.
I hope added more crazy fictional tank in next V:
- Q-STEIN EMPEROR tank from Shin-Combat Choro Q ( SEEK and DESTROY )
The Q-STEIN EMPEROR tank is a final boss fight in Shin-combat Choro Q when destroyed, it become an OCTOPUS tank when destroyed into piece of metal, it become a giant monster from living gear artifact.
With laser tech growing nowdays rapidly is funny to think that prisim tank could be basically reality, also you know germans had some crazy ideas in ww2 when MARV or Baneblade weights less than their craziest tanks xD
some repeats but glad to see the prism tank from Red alert 2, man it seems far better in terms of performance than the mirage tank from red alert 3, well for the fact the turret can turn and the mirage tank in 3 is a combination of the prism and mirage tank from 2.
I didn't know that Prism Tank is so heavy, especially since he has no armor at all.
Good stuff. 👍😊
Thanks 😊👍
You painted your akuyaku like mine scale model lol
This is the second video I've seen (I'm working backwards starting with V) that mislabels red alert 2... which is really strange because another command and conquer vehicle in the same video gets it right.
Please a second Part with the most iconic Tank Design the Mammoth Mk-4.
The blowers look so different form what is official sources form the miniature lines but it's still neat to see what they looked like originally.
And there's still more room for growth here)
Nice compilation, sad there was nothing seen from Earth 2150 though.
Some suggestions.
'Tankmon' from the Digimon franchise.
'Special Weapons Dalek' from Doctor Who.
Annihlator gravedigger and tankenstine from blitz very interesting vehicles
The Octopus Tank kind of bugged me because it looked barely functional; the bulk of the turrets on it don't seem to rotate without bumping each other and the rounded turrets means the guns have to elevate to fire at anything right in front of them.
Most of the other tanks looked practical and decent but some of them were kind of "how does that work?"
The one that bothers me the most is the Mega Tank from Advanced Wars; I figured that tank would be something like a 90-100 ton beast, but no it's in the same weight class as a school bus, meaning I could hit it with a train and destroy it.
I guess that's why all the ground units in Advanced Wars can be killed by infantry
Maybe you can check out ground control 1 and 2 for some of these
The baneblade! 40k, no offense to the others has by far the best sci Fi aesthetics matched only by star wars.
6:00 this is the best futurist strategy game
May I suggest the tanks from Rise of legends? Especially the land Leviathan and juggernaut? The Land Leviathan may be a walker, but if the necron monolith counts, maybe this one does too. It is a six legged monstrosity that carries a city on its back, with the upgraded king leviathan supposedly being even bigger.
9:03 as i saw the plane in 9:00
yessssssssssssssss
bringing back some memory alrready
Baaaaaneblaaaaaaade! (You're not afraid, are you?)
Sad to see that over 4 videos about fictional tanks not one tank from Brigador was shown, especially things like the Corvid tanks, the Leviathan or Mother's Love.
Still cool videos despite that.
Has one of Vandal Savage's War Wheels from DC Comics appeared yet? I'll have to go back and watch the first three installments again.
I still await the appearance of Ratchet & Clank vehicles such as the Blargian Tanks from R&C1, Megacorp Hovertank from R&C2, and Landstalker from Gladiator, to name a few.
I don’t think we have seen the HAVw juggernaut tank in any of these comparisons yet. The HAVw Juggernaut was from Star Wars Episode 3 and The Clone Wars. Absolutely gigantic, would give the Ratte a run for its money
Great video as always
No Metal Gears? Or is it one of the most secret black projects?
I'm not afraid of the smasher, the smasher is afraid of me.
Does the M-V-Yoh from blitz count? I know it was a real life concept that went nowhere
