Episodes like this are pure gold. Despite being a quick overview, they are incredibly informative. Would love to see a few episodes taking a deeper dive into each of the four quadrants you showed.
great suggestion!
This was extremely valuable

Cool! Glad you found it helpful. I personally hate it when people just talk on youtube without providing actual information, I figured i would not do that. - Landon
Oddly satisfying. Thanks for posting.

Thanks for this video, really learned a lot!
With all the changes in okc metro, how does that affect or not affect the linear increase of home values in midtown city?
Chan here is the most recent market appreciation review for the core of the city >> ua-cam.com/video/6bGUhyxNYto/v-deo.html
I am curious on what your opinion is on investing in the North Highlands area, its what I would say one of the rougher looking neighborhoods in the Northwest quadrant. I am easily finding homes for sell well under 100k, thinking it may be a high cashflow potential. Or would this be one of the pockets I should stay away from. Thanks
how is your investing going? would like to hear more in detail about how your last year went. Email when you get a moment landon@okcreal.com
What about Yukon & Mustang? I think is better to rent there
depends on what your looking for, yukon and mustang have newer homes with concrete foundations and more of the "cookie cutter" neighborhoods. This can be good for stable returns but typically un-eventful appreciation
The best place I found to live in OKC was Canon City Colorado
lol.. it takes some getting used to here for sure.
Buy what you can because iys not going to get cheaper
this proved to be so true
