@@francestheodore No it wont. You cant just sit and wait. You have to find one thats got the basic skills, and them coach/train them as you go along. In time he/she will become exactly what you need and more. Just dont expect perfection from the jump cus that wont get you anywhere.
Who said being a content creator is easy???. You can't be dumb and go into it, it's a lot of effort, consistency and mental work. It's fun but very stressful.
