I got that same set up (rod and reel combo). I really like it but the one thing I could do without is the long butt end of the rod. I wish it was shorter.
Personally I don't get my casting rods out until April! If I could ice fish into May I would! But hey, at least right now for another week you can keep the walleyes there! I know you guys don't keep that many fish, but hey, to each its own! Great vid, nice boat. Wish I could afford something nice like that!

Do you have any information on if Piscifun plans to bring back their Carbon X spinning rods or a comparable model? I have one, and I love it, but they're sold out on Amazon and not listed on Piscifun's site anymore.

I feel like we’ve been ice fishing for so long now, with getting out on such early ice that we had to just change it up a little bit!
