just made your recipe and finished eating, WOW, thank you for this, people have no idea what amazing flavor Thyme and fresh Broccoli add to the sauce, seriously a must try, again thank you for this amazing recipe, really loved how it tasted
Cooking is such a useful skill, that would have cost 10x more at a restaurant probably. Cooking is definitely my new hobbie, going to get those ingredients and try this recipe next time I go to the store. Thanks boss!
This is a wonderful sauce. I never thought of using whipping cream for something like this but I can see it would really make the difference. Jar sauce is always so bland. I would recommend for your families health to eliminate ALL of your Teflon - non stick scratch ware. I've been really looking into this and dupont is really in a lot of hot water over this but apparently it's not just a bunch of words. I got rid of ALL my teflon cookwares and replaced it with copper, ceramic or anything NOT teflon. I bought it pot by pot and pan by pan. But because they are all copper, they all look "together" so, hey, it works. The best one I've found price wise for saucepans as well as being able to use on the stove top and induction both is called "Shinieuri" cookware. I have the big square pot that has several abilities and several fry pans. I'm very happy with them. Excellent recipe. I'm going to make this tonight and play with it a little bit. Thank you :-)
I make my sauce same way just i use half stick of butter a pint of heavy cream and a whole 8oz cream cheese fresh shredded parm cheese n grated pRm cheese oregano Italian rosemary salt n pepper chicken shrimp wit lil old bay with broccoli and spinach
This video brought back a lot of fond memories BUT? Coming to terms with what passes as “Italian” in the US has been an exercise in patience. “Fettuccine alfredo are not a thing in Italy,”but in the US it has become a staple in many restaurants that brand themselves Italian. In Italy, the dish is most similar to what Italians call pasta burro e parmiggiano (pasta with butter and parmesan cheese). Italians eat this, but at home. In Italy, this way of making pasta is often referred to as pasta del cornuto - which translates as “cuckold’s pasta” The even more popular way of serving pasta alfredo in the US - with Chicken ,Shrimp - is beyond imaginable(NOT YOU) It is not just poultry and pasta that are not allowed to mix - meat and pasta very rarely make it on to the same plate. Pasta is one course (primo) and meat is another, fully separate course (secondo). Sorry Chef no ofence.Fettuccine Alfredo: original recipe from the Alfredo alla Scrofa Restaurant in Rome ua-cam.com/video/Sk9HCxfIREo/v-deo.html
Doing too much with the thyme and carrots like wtf? Anyway I hate when people use metal utensils with pots and pans. The metal wisk is not meant for your cookware.
Thank you for all the support! Much appreciated ❤️
