OUR ALMOST PLANE CRASH IN HAWAII (ISLAND OF LANA'I)

Somehow forgot about this video which happens when you're juggling two kids, work and such! This was back in 2021 when we were about to land on the island of Lana'i which is known to have challenging landings due to the fog and trade winds.

Perfect crosswind landing technique. Those pilots knew exactly what they were doing, you were never in danger.

Not sure about "never in danger" because anymore wind or angled could of been el rollo! The multiple approach attempts prior set the stage for freaking us out a bit lol

That was pretty good, I'm not gonna lie. I have no experience in that specific aircraft but flying with a heavy crosswind can be difficult, landing even moreso. Looked like a good forward slip and landing.
