@@JenksandMatilda I really can't pin point one single feature. I like almost everything about KLCC and the Petronas Twin Towers. The Petronas Twin Towers are a modern architectural marvel, the gleaming stainless steel and glass curtainwall, the amazing skybridge, the unique towers' bustles, and I especially adore the magnificent pinnacles crowning the towers. It's beautiful during daytime and shimmering brightly when illuminated at night time. What's more significant for me is that, I used to work with KLCC project at the site office starting with its foundation in early 1993 right up to completion and migration to the Petronas Twin Towers in 1997, and full completion of the KLCC project in 1998, hailed the new record for the tallest building in the world, and are still are the tallest twin buildings in the world. The KLCC park is also a beautiful place to relax and unwind. Another favorite place of mine in KLCC is the Suria KLCC Mall and also the Petronas Philharmonic Concert Hall that sits on the podium between the Petronas Twin Towers. 😀
@@Yasin_Affandi oh wow that’s amazing that your career involved the KLCC. We were in KL a while and we found ourself taking strolls in the park on the weekly. It’s stunning near the pond and the whale fountain! Our favourite thing about KLCC is the way it just glows at night! It’s one of my (Matilda) favourite iconic landmark, on our travels so far 🥰
@@JenksandMatilda Wonderful. I'm so happy you guys enjoyed your time in KLCC. Yes, KLCC is indeed an iconic landmark in KL, it has met more than just one among other objectives in KLCC masterplan. And the steel sculptured whale in the pond, it was the idea of the former President, Chairman of Petronas, also Chairman of KLCC Holdings, Chairman of Putrajaya Holdings. He was such a fine gentleman. It was a rare, unique, once in a lifetime working experience. I will cherish it forever. I'm so glad that you guys take your precious times strolling in the KLCC park. 😀
the peanut pancake is my childhood snack until now, in cantonese we called "dai kao miin" which translate to big piece of pancake, nice video, keep it up.
Probably the best pancake we have ever eaten, us brits love pancakes, we even have a day dedicated to them 😂 so the bar is set very high from now on, not convinced we’ll eat a tastier one again!! Thanks for watching ❤️
would love to try the coconut pancakes am forever hungry when am watching you guys.the park is more like a jungle it's enormous it's so interesting watching you guys please keep them coming
Just found you guys and can't believe you're pretty new. I thought you'd done it for ages until I looked. We've been trying to figure out where your accent is from, I think outside Lincoln area but my wife thinks more yorkshire
Aw guys thanks so much! We really appreciate that! I’m from Leeds originally and Jenks is from the city of Lincoln, so you’ve hit the nail on the head with the accents 😂❤️
The mitchelin star restaurant you guys a43 looking fior is about 50m from where you bought the pancake near the T junction. It was just a stall at the coffee shop you guys were earlier before moving to open a restaurant by itself
Long ago before Michelin ratings, we still hv good meals in restaurants and street food stalls. So makes no difference. It is a western invention probably to rate european food.
What is your favourite hidden gem in KUALA LUMPUR?
As always, thanks for watching and supporting our channel
No favorite hidden gems in KL but one of my favorite places in KL is KLCC.
KLCC is a great shout! What's your favourite thing about the towers?

Nike Gucci North Face 😂 maybe you wouldn’t of fallen Matilda if you had them on your feet
Nooooooo not the Nike Gucci north face’s, couldn’t ruin them in the mud 😂

Agreed, Michelin stars don’t always mean something. So many other places with no Michelins 100% worth a visit! We were just curious ☺️
Most eateries which are really good dont hv michelin star..those which have most of the times are just hype
Very true, lots of amazing eateries out in KL that are well deserved of the Michelin star ⭐️ 🫶🏼
