    The police couldn’t inspect the contents of the RV without a warrant. Never offer to allow them to do so. They need more probable cause than just a report of noise from it, plus it is park within the curtelege of the property.
    That story reeks of fiction. As a lien not involving failure to pay dues, proper notification would be required. In California there is a 30 day notification requirement before placement of a lien.
