Nice and honest video. Love the way you are carried away by your masterpiece. It's cold, girlfriend complaining, dog look miserable and you are SO HAPPY! Am I right you stayed out a bit longer after they left? Love it, make things that bring joy in your life and someone to share with. Keep on with you lovely creations. It makes our world a better place to live. (Well, sounds good anyway 😊)

Brilliant. I'm not sure whether to suggest you build a complete log cabin to match this or a diorama of a war scene.

After the fire died down I took the fireplace inside and it looks SUPER cool with the ash and soot marks. It would make for an awesome book nook with some props and dressing up. (Also I can't BELIEVE I didn't think to integrate the mini sword into this video hahaha)

Hola para trabajar con cemento, primero tienes que mojar bien los ladrillos, luego pega los ladrillos

It works! I’m not sure of the difference between mortar mix and the sifted concrete mix you used. Typically you have wet the bricks before applying mortar. Possibly the tiny bricks aren’t heavy enough to be stable stacked without a little glue-like connection.

Aaaahhhh that makes sense! Definitely should have googled how to lay bricks before starting haha

It would have been a big fail if you didn’t have a link to buy this kit in the description. I’m glad to see it’s still available. 👍🏻

I got a kit like this as a kid but it was for an entire brick farmhouse and the bricks were about half the size took forever and there wasn't enough "cement" but it sure was fun.
I just realized I still remember the smell of the fake mortar, wow nostalgia.

So funny, I was thinking to myself, you should use a toothbrush to clean off the face of the bricks, right as you got to that point in the manual 🤣

HAHA it is wild that you say that because as she was watching the video, she turns to me and asks, “where did you get that toothbrush?”
It actually was her toothbrush, but the one she uses for cleaning jewelry haha
