- Here is a recap of the TAMA 50th Anniversary celebration held on May 20th 2024, in Amstelveen, The Netherlands.
Organized by the team at Hoshino Europe. It was an amazing day, with performances by many TAMA artists like Simon Phillips with Protocol V, Anika Nilles, Roni Kaspi, and Robert "Sput" Searight.
A full house filled with TAMA dealers and fans from all over Europe!

It Begins and Ends with TAMA. I've been playing TAMA 40 + year's. I still have my first kit Beautiful 82 cherry wine super Stars Xtras 9 piece kit 2/24s . I'm not wealthy in money terms single parent up bringing just was a lucky kid my grandmother saw the gift a bought them for me at 16. The best drums in the world!!!!
Been a fan and player of their drums and stands since the late seventies and remember seeing Billy Cobham at Ace Music in North Miami many moons ago.
Billy is back and been back to playing the best drums money can buy. TAMA.
So happy I got to be there! And got to see so many amazing women play on that stage! HBD TAMA!!!

please please do NOT change the logo of TAMA like other drum and cymbal companies. their new logos are really bad.
CANT STAND THE NEW GENERATION OF PLAYERS.....COBHAM, PHILLIPS........THE OLD TIMERS STILL KICKING EVRYONES ASS.
I'm with you my brother. Lenny White..all these new guys want to sound like each other. Individuality is the key and they all have forgotten what to do with a snare drum. All kicks and toms , hey I love them but not just them dominant in everything you play.
And snare tuning for the new boys sound like a Tom with a towel stuffed over the snares. What's the point?? And then the metal Engineer mixes it wrong . Just my opinion but they'll come around one day when they REALLY listen to tone of drums not just notes and thuds!
Or tuned snare so tight it's completely choked of tone sounds like a practice pad..
