This is the type of song that breaks through language barriers, it’s so full of emotion and Aimer delivers it so perfectly that you dont even need to understand anything to feel what she wants to transmit. This is her best song in this regard, another great one is Kachou Fugetsu
this song so fits for them and i love it so much it makes me tear up with i hear it..i wish they would remake the anime to follow more of the novel because it had a lot more rat and shion moments than the anime. the manga did a good job of following the novel. I still like the anime but i prefer the novel/manga

The harsh realities of life dictate that the ending must take a certain direction. However, they still live for each other as the way he had been following Shion. I’m rewatching No.6 after 7 years. In conclusion: Asano-san, you're a genius and I love you, but you're also the reason why I will be emotionally unstable for the next 380004 years.
This is very sad because how nostalgic and melancholic the song is.. It reminds me of that time where Shion died and I kept telling to myself "No, No, NO NO NO NO NO!!!!!!". Which is weird, because I always see things like that coming but this time I believed for real that he was dead and that he and Nezumi were going to die and then that's the end... The anime itself is so nostalgic and emotional. It's such a shame that such a masterpiece was forgotten in time as years passes. I haven't seen the anime but the last panel of the manga showing a beautifully taken picture of ash displayed broke my heart into pieces. Won't be watching the anime anytime soon.
