A great sequel to part one and confirmation regarding the importance of coil choice. As you know I have just become a First Texas customer, and seeing these test results gives me confidence that I made a good choice. As always thank's for uploading the video.
I think you will do great with it once that council gives you permission. EuroTek pro is a machine that does everything quite well. Fast recovery...decent depth...good separation...ID. Hard to not like it for the price. Thanks for your support as always Tarot.
WOW, information overload, LOL. I'm learning more about detectors than I ever thought I would. Lots of good info. Thanks Hunter. I'm still planning on getting a new one soon. Probably within 2 months. GL&HH
I once found with my Eurotek Pro a silver dime with a great tone and proper id in the same hole with a bottle cap and part of an old watch..It had a concentric coil....Couldn't believe it!
Teknetics Eurotek Pro with F19 10x5 is my lightweight detector when I get tired of swinging F19 with Mars Tiger coil. Hope your are well and I miss your tests!
Awesome review series! I did a lot of research before buying my T2 Classic last year. IMHO, the T2 Classic is by far the best bang for your buck. The weather is warming up this week, so I'll be swinging my T2 soon.
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed them. It is on my top 3 for sure for price to performance ratio. Land Ranger Pro at $285 and Fisher F75 at $599 being the other 2.
Great test. I like what i'm seeing from the T2 reviews. Wondering if you could try testing the T2 nail test and use des of 50-59 with a dime 7-9 inches below the nails. even try putting more nails in different locations to simulate trash. that way you can bump up the sensitivity. say to 80-90.
great vid Hunter I had the original G2 and got caught in the rain a couple times so like a big dummie sold it for the AT pro blahhh I just felt sad about it the G2 was definitely better, imo . Noticed the F19 and G2+ went on sale for 499 and snatched up a F19 now im all smiles again. At Pro for sale!!!
You nailed it again. Would be nice to see some field comparisons on random targets with those detectors or combinations of. Spring will be here someday. Thanks
hi hunter, the delta 11" coil works on the f19 and goldbug as well according to Fisher. all Greek series coils as long as they are DD. another couple of combinations to test ;)
This Delta is a older one with the push-in coil connection...the later version with screw-ins are compatible. That's why I was swapping it with the LRP - they are both push-in types. I do have connectors to make it fit but didn't want to skew the test.
Very interesting test but I would like them all to be at a standard height . At least 4in. If they are only an inch or two above target it does me no good. I do though love your tests . You explain everything so well. Next time maybe put a clear plastic bowl over target.
I think you will find 1.5 to 2 inches will have to be the standard as I don't think there is any detector that will hit them that close together at 4 inches up....the guy that did this test first on the XP Deus and Racer 2 had them at this height and both really struggled.
AS I AM UNABLE TO FILM,YOUR TESTS JUST PROVE WHAT IVE BEEN SAYING,FIRST TEXAS ARE THE BEST ON VALUE AND PERFORMANCE, I HAVE A DELTA,ETP AND G2+, AND THEY USE SAME COILS! THATS VALUE! WITH GREAT PERFORMANCE!! ATB HH AND THANKS FOR POSTING
Agree 100%...for the $ nobody can compare. Best price to performance in all of metal detecting. First Texas covers ALL markets like no other company. Thanks for watching!
I like the F44. Underrated in my opinion. Starting to get more love lately but it had a slow start. However, it will not beat a F19/G2+ in this test. Depth on a silver coin perhaps...but not iron work.
Yes for sure. They are great for all mineralized gold country conditions and for wet salt beach conditions where you want to dig it all. Discrimination is not the strong suit of pulse induction.
Will this Hunter Long Ranger Pro detect buried sprinkler heads that has stainless steel spring on it. I heard there is not metal detector that will detect stainless steel. IS this correct?
Whoever said that is sorely mistaken. It will definitely pick up stainless steel. A small spring however...might be a challenge depending on the detector. This LRP can hit some very small targets, however, it would be impossible to give you a yes or no on something like that.
@@thehuntergt l am getting Long Ranger Pro today base on your review and use your link. I will test it out later when I get home. Is this true this Detector is being discontinued and only offer 1 year warranty instead of 5 years??
We have terrible soil here in Colorado. I use the T2 Classic with great success...also the F19/Gold Bug/G2 19kz machines do well here. Basically anything that can double as a gold prospector and coin shooter.....since it can handle the bad dirt.
why disc out iron? this test should be done with the iron audio on so it can be heard differentiating in-between the good and bad tones. running discrimination of course your going to hit the dime with iron disc-ed out. your separation test is invalid. IMO don't care what detector your running detecting with iron disc-ed out is leaving good targets for the next guy.
The disc circuit does not care if the audio is coming in or not on FTP machines (or NoktaMakro for that case). It processes the signal the exact same muted. Since I do not prefer to hear grunting unless in bottle cap heavy places....I turn it off. You just said that "of course" the dime will hit with it off. Then you say it will leave good targets behind? Which is it Tom? You contradict yourself. Stick to relic hunting man....any monkey can dig non-ferrous from ferrous.
@@BeepThis Iron audio is not a determining factor of success in this test. This is not real world hunting. It is showing off extreme test conditions and capabilities of the processing. So you are correct, I do not understand when somebody contradicts themselves and then goes on to make opinion statements. I don't care about opinion Tom...I care about facts. In this test it hits the dime with disc on = fact. You talking about leaving behind targets = opinion. You "thinking" this test is invalid does not make the dime disappear does it? All the opinion in the world doesn't matter...the dime still hits in this test.
It was obviously worth your time enough to post about it. Now run along to your own channel where you can create your very own content that interests you and your 22 subs. :) Thanks for the view!

Thanks for the video. Very informative. I use your videos to show my wife what I need more coils for my detectors. LOL T2 user
