AOA. I am requesting all of you to avoid SAMSUNG washing machines as they are assembled with substandard parts. I recently purchased latest Samsung top load and finds it unoperational in 2 months. As product is under warranty and the agent says that PCB and solenoid valves are faulty and need to replace. I am surprised to hear from Samsung Pakistan that this brand new machine parts will reach after one month. Till that time we have to suffer. I am requesting all of you to never purchase Samsung washing machines as they are equipped with faulty, counterfeit & irreplacable parts.
I am attaching the invoices as well for the proof.
On enquiring Samsung Pakostan team is saying we don't care about the customers as they already sell their machines. I am attaching the proof of purchase as well.
