Best washing machine ? Still have doubt about it .
What about shirts color & cufs we have to brush above manually or washing will take care of that issue.
If it is very dirty then yes you have to apply brush otherwise not

Pooja Makwana, it is not possible in automatic machine, what you can only do is increase the time of washing & in half way, take out washing cloth & add another set of clothes for washing & later Rinse & Spin all the clothes together.

Q2. Does Samsung Diamond Drum also rotation in opposite direction to tub base during washing like LG turbo drum or it do not rotate ?

2. Yes or NO both because it rotate very slowly, you can watch in the video.

क्या आप ये बता सकते हैं की पानी का जो कनेक्शन है नल से उसे ऑन ही रखे जब मशीन चले बार बार बन्ध या ऑन करने की जरृरत तो नही,,,काफी ज्ञानवर्धक था
पानी का कनेक्शन आप को ऑन करके छोड़ देना है। मशीन को जब पानी चहियेगा तब वो स्वयं ही लेलेगी। बार बार आपको पानी बन्द या खोलन नही है।

My cleaning drum dislocates from its location while washing some heavy clothes like jackets .... But after washing it comes on its position.... And work properly while dislocating...can u guide plzz ....
Sameen Ji, the drum goes down as per weight of clothes & water level and after washing, it will come to its original position. It's normal.

No Build Gamer : machine drains water only when it needs to Rinse, Dry clothes or at time of starting the process. But if you add water manually before selecting the program, then the machine first drains the water & later it will start the process.
Always pause the machine while adding the water manually & once done, un paused the machine.

I have used such machines since over 25 years. It is only when you compare that you realise that companies are fooling us. They package the same mechanism in various outer looks. They charge more money for no effective change in capacity.
I have noticed that companies do not proportionally increase the drum volume and motor power.
I wanted the inner depth and diameter of the stainless steel drum.

Both the option is good. My 10 kg washing machine MRP was Rs37,000 but I got 33% off. Now you can decide on what deal retailers are offering. For family size of 6-8 family member & for washing curtain 10kg washing machine is sufficient. If you have family size of 10-12 member then you can go for 16kg otherwise 12kg washing will work.
Both the brand have good washing machine, Earlier I had LG washing machine which was also good.

Simra Alisha Khan, I have 10kg washing machine, it also take more time than it has shown on timmer, because it takes time to fill water. Best Solution is that you fill water with bucket or direct through separate pipe if you want to save time.
I don't think that extra electricity bill than washing machine supposed to give has anything to do with machine taking time to wash because, machine takes max load only when it Runs, other time, only very small motor runs to pump up the water so that small motor can't increase your electricity bill even though it runs for hours extra.

I have been using this machine for almost a year now. It's works fine but the only drawback is that :
1.it's takes time to fill water in the tank.
2. So even though it shows wash time 1hr but it may take 2-2.5hr time.
2. U need to wash jali/net given at water inlet point weekly/monthly depend upon how much dust or rust particle comes with your water through inlet pipe.
3. This model have only cold water inlet option & does not have hot water inlet option, therefore you need to pour hot water manually.
Best part of the machine.
1. It has almost zero sound.
2. Stop once lid got open accidentally.
3. Wash properly.
4. No detergent stain left.
5. Dry properly.
6. 5 year complete warranty so if you have problem then, you can call customer care, they will change the part with out any cost within 2-3 days
7. 12 year motor warranty, it's very good, I don't think anyone provide the same.

Yes Initially we also faced problem due to rusty pipe water supply & once we changed to PVC pipeline line problem was resolved. The water flow seems to be slow but once you put cloth for washing who is gonna see whether cloths are getting wash in 60 min or 90 min. Otherwise machine works fine.
Prashant Kulkarni , the water inlet problem is back again, this time they will change the panel & the inlet water supply motor, hope this problem won't occur again.

Washing takes time b/w 60 to 90 min. , Majority of the times goes into filling water into the tub, otherwise it's OK. You just need to set the mode & forget it, You can also set the timmer so that the clothes will get wash at the set time automatically.
