Great review, this gun is sweet!Got mine a week ago.The design of the grip was made to extract the weapon from a backpack or pouch easier according to Sig.
A way sweet video of it! Thanks! Nice to see the co2 within the magazine. So if the mag, or valve, in some mysterious way gets effed up - you can easily replace it (providing spare mags are sold separately).. I could definitely see me trying to up the fps numbers a bit.. Way nice to see Sig Sauer put out a BB shooter like this. The Virtus and the Canebrake are sweet pellet pushers - but sometimes you just wanna blast BBs also (with a Sig, of course)..
@@simonnoble7589 Yea I kinda like this one. Seeing and feeling in person would be best of course. But I believe I 'd rather buy one of these instead of the classic Umarex HK MP5-PDW-K..
Never been so disappointed with an airgun. Hell, I've never been so disappointed with ANY product! It managed to fire around a dozen bb's before completely crapping out. Since then it simply empties the whole co2 cartridge upon pulling the trigger. I've followed the directions perfectly, (after finding them online as they weren't included) to no avail. I don't have time or inclination to send a cheap(ish) plinker off for repairs or fighting with Academy over a return since I've lost the receipt. Is it such a novel idea to purchase something that friggin' WORKS without sending it back, waiting forever to receive a replacement which will likely perform poorly as well. Done with Sig including firearms, anyone willing to put their name on a low-quality product on ANY level will inevitably sign off on low-quality products on EVERY level. If your goal was to devalue your brand name you've nailed it.
Did you use burst alot?, if so the recoil will bump the c02 rele ase and release all of the c02 edit: I did some tests if you only use semi auto or a little Burst fire then it won't leak at all. Hope u see this
So I managed to fire one magazine but otherwise it just empties the CO2 cartridge as soon as you pull the trigger and a bb falls out of the mag well when you take the mag out. It appears this is complete garbage.
NEVER had a Sig in the air gun group that held up. Had four of them all became nothing more than wall hangers . I hope you have better luck than I did.
@@AirgunChannel fact and fact. I believe that it's wrong stating their made at the Sig plant. They approve the design and licensing. I would never buy another one. Fire arm (like the Sig .357) you bet.
My mpx is holding up great, thousands of rounds later. I do use mostly hpa with it however. I also use a single 12g Co2 adapter that fits in the stock and lasts one full mag. This is about the only steel 4.5mm BB gun I’ve seen that has a hop-up for the bbs. I want one.
Would it kill a rat you think? I have to justify all my pellet gun purchases and I have tons of rats hear on the rabbit farm. I usually use a Gamo .22 break barrel and I want something more compact that I can fit on my 4-wheeler. If not the "Rattler" do you have any other suggestions for a small rat killer? I gotta keep it under 500 bucks too....
@@AirgunChannel thanks for replying it's greatly appreciated so the upper, lower, and the rail is all metal. The only reason I ask so many questions is I've been trying to decide for a month or two if I should get it or not but it being polymer or metal is the only thing stopping me from going ahead and getting it. I hope that you could answer this for me and I await your response thank you.

sooo I just got this and for some reason the trigger is stuck... I'm not familiar with these do I need a co2 tank in it for the trigger to work... it's not on safety and when I pull the charging handle it's just a little half click
I'd like you would also mention the ca. shooting energy in Joule for better comparison between the guns / riffles. I'm interested in buying a gun for self defense. Owning an old air pistol from Weihrauch isn't useable to disable looters.

Will definitely come in handy when the solar CME wipes out civilization and makes firearms completely inert.
Nice look at a cool BB Carbine! Thanks Nate!
No problem. It was a fun one!
Looks like fun. That thing is a real can destroyer.
Yeah, a can's worse nightmare.

I had the same problem right after purchase, Its caused by a jammed BB in the charging cylinder or around that area
How do you feel about the .177 pellet sig m17 c02

I have the sig asp super target .177. It’s made in Chiappa’s factory in Italy.
I remember going to the fair's and shooting the balloons with similar BB guns, there some fun!
I had that gun for a while. The Starfire, runs off 110 PSI air compressor. I wish I didn't sell it.
Great overview, whats more reliable in your opinion this sig or the crosman dpms.
crossman is better. Sig makes the worst airguns
That’s a cool little gun, love it!!!!😎👍🏻👍🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
I love it to, I don't want to put it away! Now make an HPA model that won't freeze!

No way this is perfect! Take all my money with that folding stock alone
Yeah, The stock is aluminum. Nice little gun!

Is the muzzle device removable to attach a fake suppressor?
no
Awesome bb gun, I have something similar to it! It's a bigger rifle though!
Nice!

Can you change the flashhider or put a dummy suppressor on it?
Not sure

its all metal

Should I get this or Crossman R1?
Never tried th R1 but probably the R1. Sig airguns are the WORST!

no

Because Sig doesn't pay me and also the gun sucks

How do you break down the stock😭😭
it folds.

polymer w metal inside
Can it shoot gel blasters
How much price
Yes dime sized group but your like 5 yards away 😂

300 fps ?? :( At least 500 would be nice

They think airguns are a joke, and it shows.
Kinda sounds like it may not be worth the money.
