It is great video on the product BUT STOP TELLING FALSE THINGS AND SHOWING ON UA-cam.
you have clearly explained how Smoothly & Accurately the quick shifter works.
YET, I would like to point out few points:
    1. The bolt used on gear lever is M6 which can be torqued to max of 11.8NM only.
    2. Its mentioned on their PowerTRONICS website that it has to be torqued to 6NM.
    3. In the beginning of the video you have mentioned that the first quick shifter sensor you had a "CRACK", which clearly says an unexperienced person has installed & broken.
    4. now for the 2nd second sensor, you would have done something like before and screwed things up as well.
After messing it up , just go online and make a videos like this and post. Thats all you do is it.
STOP Making a videos like these on all performance oriented products.
Now, coming to all the quick shifters manufactured throughout the world
    1. Anyone can do their research the results will conclude that this is the cheapest sensor available in the market.

Your reply looks like a neat shark tank pitch! Do you work with Powertronic?
P.S.- This is not something that I received for free, I actually bought it!
For the first sensor, I literally said, it may have been overtightened. but this one is absolutely fine, I applied it with proper guidance by one of their support staff.
THIS IS A LEGIT REVIEW OF THE PRODUCT! I AM AN ACTUAL USER AND THIS IS MY MACHINE THAT I REGULARLY USE!
You assuming things as a viewer is quite funny actually.
And yes these sensors are pretty cheap, let's see if we can build an alternative so that those who aren't that fortunate can also enjoy the smooth shifts!
P.S.- If you do not work with Powertronic , Don't mind, These are just my thoughts on the same!

@@MotoZoomer lol, i dont work for POWERTRONIC. I'm just an avid motorcycle rider looking to buy products like these.
As i mentioned earlier appreciate your honest review .
Bro, its also funny that you say sensors are cheap and anyone can manufacture for very cheap.
If that is the case then chinese manufacturers make clone ones of all major auto manufacturers yet you go for branded one like ktm (keeping BUDGET, POWER in mind)

-Chandu.r chandu, man you need to chill everyone has the right to say what they feel about the product. Oh and just because you garble up fancy words on internet comments doesn't mean it makes sense and you might have missed to include dear diary on your essay ✌️, I'm on zoomer's side.

Very useful video. After researching a lot on powertronic Today I was planning to get it installed on my interceptor 650 but now after watching your video i have decided to keep my bike as stock only. Really liked your video and subscribed. Keep posting the informative videos like this one.

The piezoelectric sensor measure vibration/knock or pressure? I'm working on my own system.

Found this video as I was searching for QS failure issues. My bike is same as yours and the QS sensor has started malfunctioning after a faulty pressure wash. I have disabled it for now via R-Tune but want to get it back working. Any suggestions?
Also, share your experience of making your own QS.

Bro I have been using it for 4 yrs now and clicked more than 45k kms on my Duke 390 and no issues till date. You should torque as per specs else it will stop functioning. It has nothing to do with product quality but incorrect usage Performance parts should be used as per precision instructions.

    • @MotoZoomer
      @MotoZoomer  Рік тому +1

I've done it all according to the specs. Even the installation was done with the help of race dynamics only.
Just doesn't hold up.. btw , I made my own QS. Working flawless.
