Yeah this year is my first marching season and we were in the himecoming and christmas parade and it was not fun trying to march in heat and like it was hard like i had to keep loking infront of ne and one of the tenor saxes feet to make sure i am still in count and trying to keep the lines especially when there is a turning thing like fun but not fun then the walk back to the schooo is even worse because it is really hot especially since we are in full uniform and the uniforms are hot and cild like they arent made for the summer or winter like cant it make up its mind on what it wants to be

I just came across this I was in the Marching Band for 4 years where I went to school you people don't know what's it's like to play an musical Instrument it's hard to stay in tuned once in awhile don't know why that band was playing that with a Marching Band it was probably their first time playing this so g it's a hard song so please just let them be they are all different ages and usually the drums are first and the Clarinets and Trumpets are in the middle and the Flute and Piccolos are last so don't go making fun of anything you don't know about leave then be
The saxes and clarinets don't seem to know how to stay in tune, and worst of all, they aren't rolling their heels. What is this, school? They look like they're stumbling from class to class. Clearly, the school is wasting all of their budget on the football team and giving the bare minimum to the Marching Band. This is a disgrace, I've seen many a player in an underfunded band who could do so much better if they had the proper equipment and training. I sincerely hope this school has pulled their act together in the 7 years since this was posted. Oh damn, 2013 was 7 years ago, my how the years have passed.
