    This guy is THE BEST saxophone youtuber of all the saxophone youtubers!!
    Q.Want to learn the saxophone? A. Watch this guy! Q. Most of the other saxophone youtubers are just pushing their products or their sponsor's products to get you to buy things that you don't need and will not make you a better sax player. Thanks for being real and genuine Sirvalor saxman.

    Listening to the first part I was about to ask, "Yeah, but what if I don't have a F# key?" And then you answered. Thanks.

    That's awesome I do that to get my F and F# in tune with the G#, and I thought of it from watching your other videos lol. I also like to play Bis AND side Bb to get the F# in tune, I like that I have to voice it like an altissimo note with the Bis actually. Also I go 123 + side C for G# into 23 + side C for A and the side C also brings up the tuning. Then I just use 3 + palm keys above that basically until D. On my old bari I just cycle the palm keys over and over and you can just keep going higher and higher starting over each cycle on (just) 3.

      That's awesome I learned altissimo from watching his videos too. Get Your Sax together has a great vid also on it. I play the same horn btw. I use 2 + 5 or 2 + side C for altissimo D, then 1 + 5 or open for altissimo Eb, 5 + palm Eb for altissimo E and 1 + 3 for altissimo F.

    I have an issue where I can play most altissimo notes however, I have to blow into the mouthpiece instead of tonguing the note. I think it is because I rely too much on the front of my tongue so when I move my tongue to play another note I lose it. Any help?

    Thanks for showing that you also have to keep the 2, 3 and G# keys down to avoid being sharp. So much of intonation is dependent on the
    genre, the volume and , for me personally, If i am ascending or descending. If I may go somewhere else, I would like to know if you have any
    problems with your Cannon Ball staying in adjustment?

    • @Sirvalorsax
      @Sirvalorsax  3 роки тому

      All the Cannonballs tenors that I've owned have been top notch and problem free EXCEPT for the unlacquered one. It started to really get nasty so I sold it and ill never buy another unlacquered sax from any manufacturer ever again
