Me… in the US.. hearing “Keep your bedroom at 19 degrees” was a bit of a stunner then I remembered “oh yeah. We just like to be different” 🤣 awesome video❤️
Hey Daniel, great tips. The one thing that is not really clear is the fact why they advice +-3L of water consumption. As a dietitian, I can safely say that there is NO scientific research that concludes you actually benefit from that much water. Your body is smart enough to alert you (for most people) when you need water. The part where you say that people ignore this is actually true. Drinking 1.5L should be plenty for the average.
Such a great video! I always get something new and interesting from your videos. This time, 2 things: 1. A decent pillow is very important 2. Any device that increases my productivity definitely worths an investment (in my case, a nice screen) in order to compete at a high level. Thanks for those insights!😃
My essentials definitely include an ultrawide monitor and the Logitech MX Master 3. I do all my work on the computer and usually have multiple documents open in Word and Excel. Having a large monitor and a mouse with programmable buttons makes this a lot easier.
I love you that u have included black runners in your list ! It has always been a dilemma in terms of being minimalist and simple ( to just have one pair ) or to be fashionable and have more shades to go with different outfit . 😂😂You have made a good point to reinforce practising the simpler lifestyle !
Not sure how you can be productive on 3.7 litres of water per day. How many hours a day in the loo? I’ve been wearing Rockport shoes for about a decade. The ones I buy are waterproof and super comfortable. I’ve got the Sony WM1000-3 as my headphones, they’re great and cheaper than the Bose. Looking for new pillows, thanks for the recommendations.
Thank you, Your planner recommendation remind me to check my plan which then I realized that I almost forgot to enroll a class for the next semester. You're a great help!
Didn't realise that the black running shoes I wore for my running training (7 days a week) and going to school and casual wear was the root of my minimalist productivity :)
5:25 Try iPhone apps like Speech Central or Speechify that can not only fit books, but literally make and speed up text to speech transcription! That solves problem of eye strain from reading as everyone spends a lot on screens anyway nowadays
I would only own 1 pair of shoes if I didn’t live in the middle of no where as living in the middle of no where I find I need walking boots, Welles/work boots and a pair of trainers.
> One pair of black runners will probably do the trick for almost everything except weddings I won't hesitate wearing black sneakers even to my own wedding :D
I've been looking for a pair of nice trainers for a while but everything is too bulky or over complicated looking lately but those Nikes you showed off look great but can't find the black ones anywhere online!
Personally not a fan of Black sneaker because it is mandatory in high school in my country. So people wearing black shoes will look like a highschooler.
man there was a video on your notion list which said that was getting pc a mistake and sponsor was apple how can I get to watch that video or is just for members plz reply
Daniel once again a great video. Just a heads up, if you need coffee to function, means your adrenals have "low battery mode". Did you try 1000mcg Vitamin C?.... it's magic

Noticed the baby didn't make the cut, makes sense! :D
Definitely not a minimalist productivity essential! 🤣
When did you get a baby? I didn't know you two were expecting!
Me… in the US.. hearing “Keep your bedroom at 19 degrees” was a bit of a stunner then I remembered “oh yeah. We just like to be different” 🤣 awesome video❤️
Pillows are 100% everyone’s #1 productivity essential 😂 great video Daniel!
Pillows are so undderrated! I'm lost without mine! 😂🤣

I got a new mattress and memory foam pillow several months ago and it’s a game changer 😂 definitely great investment ✨
💯
I'm late
But which pillow?^^
The one of his video or a different one?
Isn't the recommended daily water intake more like 2 litres? 3.7 will have you needing to move your office to the toilet.
Thank you Daniel, I love being productive whenever I can!
I make large batch of cold brew coffee for the week

your voice overs are on point man, it matches really good with the video shots. Great job man! (also your voice is really calming:) )
love the tips here! But I prefer using digital when planning things! It's weightless and ease of mind when moving or cancelling tasks/events

Juice, tea, fruits, vegetables, food and showers all give you water.
Congratulations on the baby! My husband and I really enjoy your channel. We hope maybe you might share your minimalist baby essentials. 😁
Great video 🙌 and I do love me a physical planner/notebook ... there defo is just something nice about putting pen to paper!
Now i know i need to include a pillow in my workspace at home! Haha thanks for the idea! 🙌🏻 great informative video! ✨
Waiting for this kind of minimalist videos for so long
Please make videos like this
Yep water is the one that gets forgotten the most for me 😅
I enjoy all of your minimalist videos!
Coffee is a productivity essential for me as well. Cheers to new dads.
Completely agree with the black Nike trainers. Those are my go to 99% of the time.
the aero press looks game changer ! really wanted to get things that would help me feel a little better and you pulled through 💓
They're so good!

Your video quality is insane
Was slightly disappointed that the pillow wasn't black like almost all the other essentials
Thank you, Your planner recommendation remind me to check my plan which then I realized that I almost forgot to enroll a class for the next semester. You're a great help!
Awesome list! I think a good office chair is essential too 😁 Esp if you're on your desk most of the day
I can’t wait to use the productivity tips in my life! 💫 Keep rising to be who you want to be! 💫 #keeprising #risingtobe #aswerise #riser
Whenever i think of upgrading my phone and boom..your video gets dropped and it changes my mind
Hi Daniel. appreciate if you can do essential baby minimalist essentials at home.
I got my memory foam pillow and I sleep so easily. It’s something that I will take to my grave.
I got the Bose NC 700 and they really are a game changer.
Amazing video as always ❤️
Thanks for the high-quality content!
With headphones on, that cutscene sound is like a gun being cocked 😳
Yep I also keep a filtered jug next to me so I drink around 3l a day 😍
Love the pillow!
😴😄
Didn't realise that the black running shoes I wore for my running training (7 days a week) and going to school and casual wear was the root of my minimalist productivity :)
I like that! I have a pitcher and rarely used it until now 😆🙌🏽

Quick question: What type of music/song you listen to keep up productivity?
personally, chillstep. If that's a bit much for you, there's actually a genre called ambient. I can't focus with any more music than that.
useful video, thank you for your content
Your video is getter better and better! Great content.
0:59 new researchs refutes this, drink as much as you want. don't force yourself to drink.
moleskine is a great brand, totally recommended
It's hard to find anything that comes close. I love the format!
@@DanielTitchener I know, and I think that paper is way more effective and better than digital

This guy is like the British Matt D'Availa
Thanks for sharing !
That's great. I have the same shoes. Lol
3.7L is a lot damn
I'm not particularly excited by vegetables either 😂 That blender just shot up in my 'to buy' list
There is so much detail on his video’s.
Style influencers recommend you only use sport shoes when working out. Have a second pair of leather white sneakers for everything else.
That thermally insulated flask though!! You gotta let us know where you got that from!
Great video by the way Daniel!
James Hoffman may have something different to say on the Aeropress, check his recent video out, worth a watch.
Thanks for the shies suggestion. I need to look those up
bedroom temperature is generally more advised to be around 17 than 19
i personnaly have to sleep whindow open quite the whole year :p
Noise cancelling headphones are a must! For me they keep the noise of 4 dogs and 5 other people out.
i have the same pair of shoes
You are so underrated
> One pair of black runners will probably do the trick for almost everything except weddings
I won't hesitate wearing black sneakers even to my own wedding :D
DAMN WHAT A GREAT QUALITY VIDEO 😍🔥🔥🔥
Okay Daniel but where is that super cool kettle of your mom's from?!?!
Playback speed of 1.25x works perfectly for this channel.
I want that journal that you have where do I get one?
Love from india..good job Daniel..keep it up
I don't use pillows or a mattress or a bed.
I've been looking for a pair of nice trainers for a while but everything is too bulky or over complicated looking lately
but those Nikes you showed off look great but can't find the black ones anywhere online!
Wow I was looking at those exact sneakers a week ago. Are they heavy/do your feet get hot?
Great video! Can you share your Aeropress recipe?
I can't wait for American viewers to hear him say "keep your room at 19 degrees" and go "WHAT"
pourquoi?
@@ced6528 19 Fahrenheit is -7 Celsius
I quite like your planner, kindly share a link sir ?
Personally not a fan of Black sneaker because it is mandatory in high school in my country. So people wearing black shoes will look like a highschooler.
Yah but what if you have night duty
Almost 4 liters of water? :O
I drink half of it. The doctors say, 2 liters is sufficient
Does this guy put some of his shredded memory pillow into his blender with vegetables in the morning?
I need the smoothie recipe.
Where is that thermally insulated flask/jug from?
which trainers are those?
3,7L every day seems like a LOT... like a LOT
How to become minimalist? Buy all these things....
I'd rather die then show up at a business meeting, date or anything not involving sports in goretex sneakers.
man there was a video on your notion list which said that was getting pc a mistake and sponsor was apple how can I get to watch that video or is just for members plz reply
It was just an easter egg! A nod to the silly PC vs Mac argument 😉
Well spotted though!
@@DanielTitchener will i get to watch extra videos if I join our channel or patreon

"thermal-insulated flask" I think you mean't "kettle"
You sold out bro
wtf 3.5l a day
Don't be cheap, and buy a real mouse
Ever wonder why minimalist channels are so insanely focused on STUFF?
The zoom in/out effect you use just makes me feel sick 🤮
