I am having a problem that i know you have an answer to: After baking at proper temp. and I thought for the right amount of time - I was using my decorated pattern weights and dropped one on the floor. It shattered pieces off of it. Did I not bake it long enough?
I didn't think it was too thick- 1/8 to 1/4". I haven't made anything since. If I had baked it longer would that stop the brittleness?
I'm glad your still making videos, I learn so much from you.

Hi Teresa....I love your tutorials and your bangle kits! Thank you for so generously sharing your talent! I bought the round and oval kit recently and was attempting to make the black bangle using mica powders with the floral silk screen. After making my decorative veneer using the mica powders, I realized that the powders lifted as I tried to place it on top of my domed bangle (because I had to touch the mica veneer with my fingers). Is there a way to use the mica powders and position on the bangle without the powders lifting?

    • @TeresaPandoraSalgado

Judy Salazar it’s pretty hard to do that. The acrylic paint turns out better.

Ok two questions! first do you ship to Greece??? and secondly how much would a bangle like that go for? ( I'm asking because you used A LOT of clay for one bangle so I'm wondering how profitable it would be! Loved the two in the end with the metallic paints!!!

    • @TeresaPandoraSalgado

What kind of clay do you use? I've tried making cuffs and they get too loose with the heat of my arm when I'm wearing them and they fall off. Or, I've had them crack. Do I need to use a different kind of clay that cures more strong?

    • @TeresaPandoraSalgado

Amy McCrate if you want a flexible cuff, mix 1/3rd Sculpey Premo Translucent with any Premo color. Cuffs do need clasps, though.

@@TeresaPandoraSalgado Thank you. But, what is the interior diameter? If the circumference is 8.5, the interior diameter could be up to 2.7", but that's assuming there is no thickness to the mold. I know this seems petty, but this measurement is rather important and makes the difference between whether or not I can buy it.
