I sent this exact listing to a buyer on Silicon Valley recently. Works from home for Meta, coming to vegas next year. This is a tremendous value at $1.7 range. Nice 👍 video!

Yeah, not even close. Guard gated, country club and located on the golf course.. No way $1 million. This home isn't overpriced at $1.7 million which is why its currently under contract. Actually a decent VALUE considering the neighborhood and location. . You can get much worse for MUCH MORE right now. This was solid.
If I was a 1.7 shopper I would’ve jumped on it for myself! That home in Silicon Valley is $5 million all day long. That’s how they think too. “That’s a steal under $2!!!”

Is this property in an HOA? If so, avoid it like the plague.
ALL of Summerlin is an HOA. Every single high end community in Las Vegas incorporates some form of HOA.
