F50 emulsion tube in the primary side is put there because it's the richer emulsion tube specifically for the reason that you need a more richer mixture on pull away , you can go low on mains with F50 and still have the correct ratio for determining the air jet. cool hope my comments helps. Ratios are 3-1 ... Like your videos , these will help guys , Thanks for it.
Hi, I have an issue with emulsion tubes being very tight in the wells, is this an issue? Should they be loose, snug? they require a small extractor to remove when changing, your reply would be appreciated, Cheers
Hi thanks enjoy your videos. Sir i have a nissan 1400 carburetor which is giving me problems someone mixed my jets, could you please tell what is the correct size main air bleed jets for primary and secondary thank you.
I don't have a jet chart on your motor but try 140/145 mains, 200/160 air correction, 27/28 chokes, F23/F30 emulsion tubes with a 60 pump jet, it should work well. use it as a starting point.
Hello from Ireland , Thank you for your videos ,they have been really helpful.. I daily drive a 1986 Renault 5 , 1.4 auto, and I've just serviced the carburetor, its a weber 32 DRT , but I'm having an issue after refitting...it wont shut off straight away, its splutters on for a few seconds...its idling ok ,maybe a little bit high, to kept it smooth, could this be causing the issue?.I did change the HT leads and the distributor cap also, with this block of work....any suggestions would be appreciated, I've double checked my work, so at a loss what to try now....thank you...Michael
hi, check the heat range on your spark plugs, your timing could also cause this. it could also be that the carb is perculating via the idle jet, perhaps turn the mixture screw in a bit. please let us know what you find.
Sir! What jets would recommend for a 1.9 ltr Volvo engine with mild cam at 5000 feet elevation?Weber 38/38 dges is installed. Slight hesitation on acceleration. Thanks, Bob and great work😎
I now have 170/170 air correction jets and H225 accelerator pump jet. 160/160 . Thanks, Bob Also, would you have any Italian Weber 38/38 Carbruarors around?

Hi, they should be snug, i remove it with a screw as an extractor.
I have a jet kit that’s telling me to drill 3 extra holes in the emulsion tube ,what do you think about this ?
Hi, in what location do they suggest you drill it, if it is lower down on the tune then it will supply fuel al lower rpm.

What is your opinion of the stock 1400 carb related to fuel economy?
I've gotten a lot out of your videos. Makes me want another capri.
What jets and set up with a 38dgas is best for a Ford inline 6 300 - 4,9l
I have not done a conversion on a 250 Ford but i think the stock jetting on a 38 DGAS will work well.
Some carburettor’s have air bleed adjustment what is that exactly?
Best dg vids online!
thank you.
Hi .I bought a 36 dcd7 that I want to fit on a 4y hilux 4x4.Can please you suggest jet sizes for me please.Regards.

Hi can you do a video on the different kind of progressive carburetors
Which emulsion tubes would you suggest on a Mitsubishi 2.6 4g54 blow through turbo running an 32/36 Weber the f6 or f66?
I haven't used a 32/36 on blow through but i would try f50 tubes. that way you should get more fuel at higher cfm under boost.

Hi, i don't have a jet chard for your application. try smaller air jets and a larger accelerator pump jet
