So true! I rely on Frankie getting this ramp cleared and active by the time of the summer drought. The spring floods completely submerged even the road to the lock. I hope everyone that is involved in this ramp is A OK. There isn't a good alternative on this river pool. Of course kayakers can access in other more primitive ways.
@@johnnyhiett yeah hopefully it does get cleared. Camp Nelson is another option although I haven’t launched a bass boat from there in over 10 years. Thanks for the info, I didn’t know what happened to it. Kinda figured it was for the floods. I hope everyone that lives down there is safe.
@@johnnyhiett I did find out if you have a kayak or canoe or anything you can carry down you can go to shaker town and launch at the Dixie belle .. it’s $5 to launch.

I called July 2021 and they said the Judge had shut them down. Some legal snafu. Who knows what the next stage is.
