I have a good tip for if you want to cancel on someone because you don't have the energy that day: do cancel, but suggest sth else. So ask if you can postpone to another day (and name that day if possible) or make an effort to schedule something else. That way you can take care of yourself but still make them feel important and show that you appreciate their company:)

Joy, have you ever thought of reversing your Q&A vidoes and having Javis ask you questions? If you didn't allow yourself to become embarrassed the world might learn some interesting things! I don't mean in roleplay as there you are not answering as yourself. I've spent years teaching girls not to allow themselved to become embarrassed about anything. Embarrassment is NOT an emotion, it's a cognitive learning process which starts the day we are born and as we grow we pick up things from our parents
To continue... We pick up things from our parents and our friends till we are slowly brainwashed into their way of thinking. If you don't believe that just think, were you ever asked the question "Which church would YOU like to belong to?" Like most of us I bet you weren't! As a child you don't know any better about most things so you just go along with it. So don't allow yourself to be embarrassed about ANYTHING. You'll find you feel much better for it.
