It’s perfect for a short term stay whilst you find your feet and decide whether Bangkok is a long term commitment. Price wise, yes that’s about right between short and long term rentals for that condo A lot of nice facilities just like my seaview condo in Jomtien although aside from the gym, I don’t really use the rooftop pool, games room, gardens, quiet spaces etc
If weather in Bangkok just dropping like about 80 degrees . This city will be heaven. $700 a month is not bad if you compare the cost for stay at hotel .
I've never been here during the "cool and dry" season, but it's actually quite a nice temperature most of the time! I recommend it! And yes exactly, it's quite a bit less than the average night at a hotel
Enjoyed your video. Just a suggestion. There was quite a difference in the volume between the two of you. When Tess was speaking, I had to turn up the volume then turn it down again when Dean was speaking. Otherwise, good job.
Contrary to what many vloggers make you want to believe, there is no such as ‘affordable luxury’ in SE Asia. You get what you pay for. Real luxury means real quality means real exclusivity means really high prices. Anywhere in the entire world. Apart from that, welcome to Bangkok.
Affordable luxury to me is just a lower tier of luxury. I've been to all inclusive resorts that claim to be luxury but the concept is not luxurious. We've also spent a ton on over water bungalow private island resorts in the Maldives and there were still issues that made it not luxurious. It's a word thrown around, but in this case the amenities involved make it feel like a level of luxury for us, compared to living in an apartment at home.
I've noticed that in these type of videos, there's never a lot of people in the common areas. Is it because of the time of day the videos are shot? How is it at your apartment building? Do people congregate in the common areas at night?
People are always in the co working spaces and the lobby, but the gym and pool areas are usually pretty empty surprisingly! We get the spaces to ourselves quite often
Im Thai and live in CA befor just want to say Welcoming to Thailand, so happy with
.
Thank you, I hope you enjoyed It as much as we're enjoying your country!

Yes exactly, it's a good starting point for us! Hoping to check out Jomtien beach at some point though and see what the options are like!
Lovely video, this is the first time I’ve seen someone get in the pool in these condo tours! 🏊♀️🌊
Thank you! I know, the pool was shockingly empty most of the time, I don't get it!
So beautiful view and best condo.😊
Yes, the view from this condo was incredible!

When over heat just escape in to air condition room but if Thailand too much cold i can't escape
Thais always hope that to become true seriously!!
This condo’s wall is paper thin. Construction quality is sub-par.
Good for a short-term stay.
Very true, our neighbor came home at 3-4am most nights and woke us up. This is true of a lot of these types of buildings unfortunately
As an American I can honestly say Canadians are just better. Great video
Wow thank you, Canadians appreciate you!

I don't agree! I'm lucky to have him! - Tess

@ There is real luxury and high level of quality in Bangkok (and the rest of SE Asia), but you’ll pay for it, like you would anywhere.
