Watched this ,this morning after seeing Frank's vid last night, Ally.😎😎 Footage is amazing.Nothing better than thinking u are going to be in the clouds all day and then bang!.......u pop out above to views like that.🌞🌈☁️ A few years ago I drove all the way up for Ben Klibreck and a quick look at the forecast it said cloudy.I stupidly left my drone in the house thinking I wouldn't get any footage and was greeted with an amazing inversion.Sat on the summit for over an hour in a t-shirt taking it in. Great upload Ally.😎👏👏
Thanks Andy what a day that was me and frank had the biggest smiles on our faces when we broke through the clouds has to be the best inversion i have have in all the years of hiking, i have learned my lesson with the drone i comes with me hale rain or shine as i have done the same leaving in the van its extra weight but its worth it if you get the conditions which isn't very often lately 😂hopefully some good winter videos over the next few months would be good. Wow, what an incredible day on Ben Lui! 🏔 That alpine feel from Cononish Glen and the perfect cloud inversion at 1000m looked absolutely magical. 🚴♂ Starting from Tyndrum and biking part of the way was such a smart move too. Thanks mate, Definitely made the right decision to head out with frank , I know I was the clag man but since the brothers ridge we did I think I have done not to bad with the weather 😅 walking up in the clag I was thinking Frank must be raging I have brought the clag again but then we popped out through the cloud to that inversion it was unreal I didn't want to go back down and was so happy to capture some great footage. Thanks Lily Ben Lui is a great mountain and i have been up there from different approaches and i would defiantly recommend this route as the road takes you to the start of the path and the path is well routed as for the the other side at glen lochy you have the river crossing then the dreaded bog through the forest.
