Seriously seeing this makes me respect you more, I myself practice BJJ, Muay Thai, and MMA training. I recently recieved my Blue Belt in the sport and I have the best time on the mats. It's my therapy and has now become a part of my life, if I don't train, I don't feel right. I'm writing this right now from a hotel room, the night before a Jiu-Jitsu competition in NOLA. I absolutely love BJJ, it has helped me deal with my severe depression and anxiety that I suffer from and has made me more confident and more accepting of myself. Even though this may never happen, I some day hope to run into you on the mats and roll with you.

You are an inspiration! My 11 year old daughter suffers from major OCD and Anxiety, which brings on other issues. BJJ is her break in the hell that she has to go through on a daily basis. she has been training now for two almost three years now. When she is on the mats rolling with the other kids in the class, she is a force to contend with. Once the kids class is over, and the adult class is starting she is still ready to roll. Yes i did say She rolls with adults. and she gives them a match, the adults dont take it easy on her either. She competes regularly, and is hoping to compete at the Kids PAN AM's. She trains in the gym 4 days a week for about 5 hours. Madison says that when she is on the Mats, her OCD and Anxiety is gone and she has no fears. She loves your Music and now even more so when she saw that you roll too. If your ever in Toronto, Canada and need a gym to roll you are always welcome.

Dang, I've been training for 10 years now and it's so cool to see more women, especially celebrity women joining jiu jitsu because it's such an empowering sport that I love it so much (especially since I'm much younger than Demi) . It would be so cool to train with her but I know it's not very possible if at all. Either way, much respect for the jits community and for Demi!
