- Bakers Park is situated 0.35 of a mile west of Newton Abbot in South Devon. Most of the park is flat and perfect for recreational activities and walking the dog. On the south side of the River Lemon, which runs through the centre of the park, is a steeply banked section with steps leading to the highest point. Bradley Manor is a delightful National Trust property, open to the public, and accessible via Bakers Park.
That was lovely, wasn't to keen on the backwards filming as l was on a treadmill. But the sounds of the birds and the water has made me smile. Thank- you👍
you have literally followed the route we used to do when we did cross country running at school. One year the area was flooded and was at least 2 feet deep but we were still expected to go through it
The accompanying birdsong was delightful. Could anyone tell me what species of bird it is which is singing and trilling the loudest in the woods? It's been so long since I lived in the UK that I don't have a clue any more.
I think it’s a Blackbird
@@robmulcahy317 I love blackbird song. For some reason I didn't think this was a blackbird, but maybe a song thrush. Thanks!
@@carolinewiggins2803 You could be right
@@robmulcahy317 I had a short listen online of a song thrush. Doesn't sound the same. Anyway, whatever it was it's nice to listen to!
What stabiliser do you use?
Are the kissing gates wide enough to let a wheelchair through them?
