It has FNAF level lore that still manages to not go all wonky like said FNAF, and has multiple layers for those who look deep enough. And for the people who have not looked past that first layer... No. SCP:CB does not take place in Site 19. However with how the SCP Community works if you want that to be your head canon then go for it! (⁀ᗢ⁀)
