I see that the tb had been cleaned before this video. Did you clean off the molykote that they had installed from factory? Cause that would allow air to pass the tb plate on idle.

@@h34evr Yes i did a TB rebuild blox seals and new biss seal, fixed the issue perfect, The seal on the cable side was almost destroyed, Thanks for the follow up your vid helped heaps

Yes. Mix soap and water in a sprayer and perform a boost leak test and see if bubbles build up.
hmm, what about vacuum leaks, would that cause a high idle ?
Did you figure out what was the issue? Were you using oem iac?
My issue ended up being the tune and yes oem IAC
