@@michaelanthonyvideos can you please do a video on the halo tower's being built in Newark we are just like Detroit s lot of negative comments but Newark is on the rise.
LOL... well if GM is a "small player these days" because they don't need 5 huge office towers for their operations, then so is: Apple, Microsoft, Google, Boeing, Toyota, Mercedes, GE, ect... Just about ANY company, no matter what they sell, and whether they're flush with cash or not, DOES NOT NEED THE SAME OFFICE SPACE THEY DID BEFORE THE VIRTUAL WORK REVOLUTION!... And most companies only need a small fraction of the space their former HQ's did.
The world has changed. Not that much of a need for skyscrapers anymore. To keep a it real It doesn't even need to be as tall as it is. A lot of people work from home which saves company's money.
@@antonioguglielmetti2661 I presume just new digs for the CEO and other senior corporate officers? I'll presume that in a decade GM will cease to exist.

So very well done... from the awesome vistas to even the music, the video was mesmerizing.
Thank you so much Paolo!
Attractive buildings. I guess GM being a small player these days requires less space. Never been there but glad to see Detroit on the upswing.
Thank you for watching the video!

This building should’ve been at least 800 ft.
Yeah for sure. I don't know why they changed the height.

i guess gm wanted their own building, the ren cen has more tenant workers than gm workers
GM is leasing two floors of the mid-rise building; they don’t own it.
Thank you for watching the video!
If that's not a step down for GM, I don't know what is. The beginning of the end
Downsizing.
They aren't fully leaving the ren cen

But NICE video drone footage .
I was thinking the same thing. They had a big headquarters in midtown, with thousands of office workers.
@@brucebeamon5460 Thank you Bruce!
GM’s management structure was bloated anyway, trim the fat
