    Key word search the skills necessary, make sure they have been used in the last 2 years. Then there is my favorite strategy of looking for those who have updated their resume in the last 2-3 weeks as they are certainly looking for work. Happy hunting everyone!

    If you message a passive candidate on LinkedIn but they view your message without responding, would you then follow up with an email or let them go?

    Hi there, what tools do we need to be a freelance recruiter? Do we need LinkedIn Business or Recruiter license? Cost conservation is key of course before the money comes in. Thanks for any help and your videos.

      I don’t like doing this nor using their work email to reach out. Try to get their personal email/phone.
