At 1:36 what seasoning is next the salt?? At 1:41what is that seasoning that you are holding? I wish all of the ingredients that you used were all listed in the description box it will be so easy to understand what you used
Hey love these are the names of all the seasoning used starting from the left: 1) onion powder 2) Jumbo cubes 3)chicken flavor bouillon 4)Black pepper 5) salt 6) Lemon & pepper seasoning 7) Paprika I also stated the measurements used for each in the video. Please watch the video❤️
i love how you explained certain things that’s important. some videos just show but don’t explain!! like when you said it needs a lot of oil because to reheat later it will dry out!! thank you 🙏🏽
I think that's the Liberian way. I'm from Congo and sierra Leone and both countries also cook cassava leaves. I prefer the Congolese version, it's a complete BOMB delicious 🤤. Different countries different flavours 👍🏿
Hello dear no, it's not the same thing as the baking powder. The name of the soda is “Bicarbonate De Soude Raffine.” just google the name to see how it looks. You can find it in an African market
You clearly did not watch the entire video or even the beginning of it because if you did, you would have seen that I did add in some peanut butter to soften it. Please watch carefully next time before commenting😊
Remember we both purchased our cassava leafs from different vendors. If your vendor/S sold you or sells you cassava leafs with sand, mine hasn't sold me one with sand for the last 3-4 years I've been buying from them which is why I don't wash mine. I buy the most smoother and very clean Cassava leafs unlike the ones that other people buys and then have reblend it or do some extra work on it which is why I chose to stick to buying it from Just one vendor when I discovered the vendor was good. Again, please be mindful when commenting on people's post especially if they are not cooking for you to eat it😊

@@itsmrsj2223 hey hun how long you’ve to cook the cassava leaf before adding the meat?
@@nakitasamuels5072 I like to add the meat when the water is getting closer to drying. I'll say cook the cassava leaf for about 1 to 1 1/2

You didn't put anything in the cassava leaf to soften it?😮
