I really wish they'd remake this. Now with internet connection more common on game consoles and easier than ever, NOW is the perfect time to bring this game back!
Always felt like this and File#2 were underrated little segments of the RE universe. Wish they'd gotten some sort of remaster, or reboot. Plus, that theme gets me smiling every time.

I always loved the Hellfire ending cutscene. It shows just how chaotic the city has become yet even the fire department and police still tried their best to go out and answer the calls.
Both that and the first chapter's ending really give personality to the people and city itself. Males it feel real as well, those in emergency services knowing the horrors around them and still wanting to help rather than simply surviving.
RE Outbreak (both of them) brings such good memories to me, it was a good time of my life when i played those, and i replayed a BUNCH Of times~ i would be Beyond happy if Capcom ever did a "File#3"~
I think it’s time to bring this game, and File 2, back. It’s has a great side story, good challenges, and everyone has to work together. I can’t stand most online multiplayer game of today. There’s no real challenge, and nothing you can gain from them. This was one of the last greats. Multiplayers like this, Left 4 Dead (both games), and Evolved actually made everyone participate and not have a bunch of lone wolves doing their own thing. And they always made for a great time, getting together online with your friends. Most multiplayer games don’t have that same charm that the older games had back then. With a few exceptions here and there, I don’t expect that same Friday Night game nights to come back anytime soon.
It's a shame I never have gotten the chance to play this when it first got released. Not that I was allowed to play such games when I was a kid, but still. I do remember that when the last time I tried to play this just a few years back, I literally got stuck in the Hive scenario and could never beat the game since then. I actually had to use a GameShark in order to head towards the last scenario and stop the virus meter from going so I can explore the environment at my own pace. It's sad, but I was desperate enough to beat it that way after many failed attempts in the Hive scenario xD Anyway, I'm thinking of actually beating it with no help of any sorts in the near future, as well as File 2.

I loved this game and enjoyed the heck out of it. But, the opening of that first mission still creeps me the fuck out. It really was like the nightmare coming to life.
why showing so many Cutscenes over and over and over and over and over and over and over AGAIN?!?!?! I get it after seeing it the first time!!! I had to Skip at least half this video, just because it all repeats again and again
It's why I had a short version and a long version of this video. The short video only repeats the parts where the characters actually say something different.
