DUDE!!!!! We definitely did things different back then. I had 4 Kicker Free Air 15s in a 4 door Accord. Circa 1991. That wasn't enough bass so I sold them and got 6x12 inch Kicker Competitions. I will be reliving my teenage years and annihilating my eardrums as I recently ordered Bass Computer and This CD so I can build a Bass System in my 1982 Grandma Civic I picked up for a fun car. Now the question comes...do I install the Two 12W6 JLs, or the Three 10W6? The answer is YES! HAHAHAHAHA
I did earthquake speakerds cuz they had the biggest coils I could find and a optimis amp that radio shack sent in to have lowered to 1 ohm.. I got the amp back with a sticky note saying enjoy your 1 ohm 😀 they couldn't of been more right that stuff didn't exist at the time amp was always over heating and electricutimg you if touched and the earthquake tour box after box apartment
I love this whole album. This album single handedly got me into techno. Somebody gave me the cassette and if I remember correctly, I think it had this shiny blue plastic inside of it. The only cassette I remember ever being like that. Classic......
Oh, YEAH!!! Classic album from the GOD of BASS himself: Techmaster P.E.B., & I STILL LOVE his work today. When this came out in '93, I was in my junior year in high school. P.E.B. DROPS some BRUTAL BASS on I.C.F.O.B.as you know, and he still AMAZES me with every release he makes. BTW, Thanks for keeping the BASS flowing and LONG LIVE the KING of BASS Patrick Earl Baker aka: Techmaster P.E.B. Cheers from Andrew in Reno
Awesome to find this!! I built a system back in the early 90s off of this cassette. And just built one for a close friend that want a system that can handle everything. To say the least, he’s beyond happy, as am I.
This was my favorite album by Techmaster. I used to play machines, robot machines, DSTM 2, Reggaetek, Voices, and Phonz ( which was weirdly cool sounding) constantly!
30 years later and my $40 earbuds are keeping up. Insane. I had 2 10" subs in a bandpass box with Soundstream separates running this in my ride back in 1993.....
There is a sample at 11:48, on what I believe is the third song. The man saying "No one would have believed". It came from War of The World, an electronic opera by Jeff Wayne. Interesting to see such different genres referencing each other.
Hi! Didn't this come out in 1990? A senior in high school, I could have sworn I had this Cassette tape playin' in my '86 Mustang hatchback with the 12's in a homemade speaker box in the trunk , cruising up and down 1st Street on weekend nights in Jacksonville Beach when EVERYONE "had to" have bass in their cars, shortly before the sound ordinance came out!!!
I had this album along with all of the other PEB albums and Bass 305 when I had my low rider with my woofers and my amps while I was in high school back in Arkansas. Damn how times have changed over the years.
florence and the machine jamie xx remix samples the ethereal deep bass in this. spent 4 hrs looking for this. now wondering where my tape is from the 90s.
Weckit D.J.Crazy Crabby!. I love brack dancing to anything ever since I was a kid and like to do again as a old man and take it to the dance floor and see if I still have it! .
actually its not a it came from outter bass one..not sure why he added the two...but this is more basser then computer bass....bass on bass heads of the 90s
There is no way this is still good to test your speakers. Too much compression too many bins and buckets. But if you yougings get your hands on the record (cd?)... it's a great way to tune your audio speakers. [Edit: more bass please]
Ahhhh... The memories... And, the hearing loss 💯 😂
This album - and others like it - lead to hearing loss for many. And destroyed more than a few speakers........
In 2024 it is still lit.
Another 90s classic of Basss music!!! The cd that angered many neighbors across tne world!!!😂😂👂👂🎛🎧🎧🎹🥁
me and 3 of my friends used to play this for hours around the cruise in Redding CA bumpin in a ford escort with 2 15's those were the days!

Bought this on cassette back in the 90s. Had my pioneer 6x9s and Jensen Bass cannon bumpin!!
One of the many albums that should be required to test every system after install.
4 12s in an 81 Monte Carlo. I shook the earth with this album back in the day.
