Jesus Christ how badass was/is this??. This is made when i was 13 or so and its sad how many people will never hear it. Only bassheads knew of it...but why?? this is amazing. The War of the World samples make this so damn badass.
It actually IS from a story about a war between robots and humans. The voice samples are all from Jeff Wayne's Musical Version of The War Of The Worlds (1978), which is a good listen in and of itself. That said, I heard it first in this song and through much research (this was the mid 90's, and we didn't have Google yet) learned where the samples came from. Techmaster has skills, man.
I did the same thing. Before I saw you posted this. I used Google. Listened to the whole album in UA-cam and had chills the whole time. When I heard the samples, it was very cool. Techmaster brings me back to when I was a kid. I loved his stuff.
1993. A 1976 Datsun 280Z. 10" Orion XTREME sub in a 1.8 cubic foot box with a 3"x8" port. Orion 250SX bridged mono. Pioneer CD deck with a detachable faceplate and a REMOTE, yo! An Orion 420GT driving Altec Lansings in the door. I can't remember my sister's birthday but I know what I was driving in college. POUNDED this back in the day.
Orion HCCA were the king back in the day, there was not another amp that could run at a 1/2 ohm load stable!! One guy ran 36 speakers off a single 50 HCCA
@@kh971 Yup, a customer at the stereo shop where I (briefly) worked had that exact amp bridged mono into two 10s wired in parallel, so 1 ohm total load on the amp. He did very well at shows back then.
@elcomandante9299 Lot of top shelf brands sold to China when Millenials decided to listen to airbuds in the car. MB Quart used to be made in USA and very high end and now it's some of the cheapest stuff on Amazon. Brands like Hertz and Audio Frog didn't exist and seemingly came out of nowhere at a time when car audio was passé.
Believe it or not, I squeezed a JL 10w4 in a sealed 12” box behind my driver seat in an 86 MR2. Powered by an Alpine amp. Damn my back was always so relaxed after a drive 😂. I miss that car.
just hooked up my two yamaha towers, and sony receiver to my computer....each pointed inward about two foot from my seat....I am now convinced that if there is a heaven, I want this playing just like this.....top 10 song of mine, of all time...and that says a lot...lol
Str8 genius with the art.... i had this on casset,,, and still to this day,,, i am amazed you are way before youre time... this music youre music never gets old its always like the furst time.
I'll never forget totally just chillin to all of this old stuff. Now 37 and still bassin in up! soo funny. I need to buy some of these albums I've been looking for my old CD's and can only find a couple of them. Techmaster and Bass 305 ruled Flint Michigan in 1993-1995!!! My new systems are still good but the old stuff was just cooler!
I built my system around this. 15" cerwin vega tuned to 25hz, 5 cubic foot box, two 4" vents, upgraded the tweeters, this and every PEB work of art is golden and will live forever. I have this on demand and still get chills.
My old setup back then..Kenwood 921 pushing 2 Kicker comp 10s the original with gold letters!!! In sealed air tight box!! Kenwood 742 on mids and highs. Audio Control 2xs controlling it all. Sony Cd Head unit!! Everybody always thought I had 2 twelves man those were the days…..
ahh back in the day... Alpine Head unit, 2 fosgate punch 15" pushed by 2 punch 150s. an alphasoni. running al alpine highs and mids... that creamed into a hatchback Nissan Sentra! it BEAT
another great bass cd was Rodney O and joe cooly... "everlasting bass" and "fun fun fun"... rollin downtown Vegas before the noise ordinance banning loud stereos! ha
To everbody out the in Miami ,Fl and Bainbridg,Ga keep listening to the 80's Bass Songs especially Techmaster PEB DEP .These songs from space is for real this is what space is about Bass I love it
I absolutely love the sampling from Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds. This album was my shit during those big system Mini Truck club years in the 90's. Good times. :)
I know a large part of the samples are from War of the Worlds, but I do believe the sample, "We must be cautious" is from Star Wars A New Hope where Obi Wan is talking to Luke on Tatooine.
Thanks for that, - though it was "the dome was a brilliant ETC". Remastered version is awesome, has some sci-fi movie background actress saying "millions are rejoicing ??" Reminds me of a beautiful mst3k.

I'm listening to PEB's stuff on the garage speakers, a set of '71 Rectilinear XI. Hardly the target audience but he makes them dance as if they were meant to do it
Try a cd by Bass 305 called digital bass you want the (1992) version, the right cd should have a track called flight 305, all their songs sound like techmaster peb.
If you liked the 'Fallout' series of RPG's, the movie 'Wargame' (the original), 'War of the Worlds" or post-apocalyptica in general, this piece is for you. Enjoy!
1993......oxidized red 81' toyota pickup...longbed.....white campershell WITH the slide screens + one 18" JL and a 1000 watt PowerLogic amp in a crappy box we made in shop class. Popped this in the TapeDeck....... the rearview mirror fell off, and outside the truck it sounded like rattling metal... Awful... but then it was the bass sleeper truck.
