P&O Arvia FULL Tour
Вставка
- Опубліковано 2 жов 2024
- Here’s the big one! We recently sailed onboard P&O Arvia around the Mediterranean for 2 weeks. It took me 2 1/2 hours to walk the whole ship filming as I walked; every indoor venue (restaurants / lounges / bars / spa / launderette etc) and every outdoor space (sky walk, golf course, pools, sky dome, prom deck, outdoor bars etc). Come with me as I walk Arvia deck by deck starting on deck 19 all the way down to 3 with facts, tips and sarcastic commentary. Let’s spend the next 51 minutes together ❤️

😂😂😂
I’m watching as well.. going in 2024 😃👍🏼
@@Squirrelnutteromg same here
So excited to go on this ship in July! Thank you for all of your tips and tricks, I’m watching your videos religiously! 🩷
Ah fab! Hope you have the best time onboard ❤️
This was amazing 😻 funny informative and a fair few steps taken to complete this…. Loved the special guest appearance of Maffoo 😊
You never know when a maffoo is going to pop up 😆
And thank you 🙏
Thanks so much for making the effort to film this one, Jamie. I'm sailing on Arvia next June (2024) so watched this with interest. xx
Very welcome of course ❤️
I am going I. The ship then aswell can’t wait to embark x
Superb video, as always. Crows nest with a cocktail 🍸 soon I hope .....😊
🙏🙏🙏
Thank you Jamie for another brilliant full tour. We are on Arvia in July so this has come in really handy and even though we’ve been on Iona there are a few new spots to explore with my camera 📸 thanks again (Jesus ?)
Oh plenty of new spots for you!
Can't wait to go on Arvia 😁
The countdown is real(ly long) 😂
Looks amazing.
❤️❤️❤️
Thanks for another brilliant ship tour Jamie 🤩 You must have got quite a few steps in on this one!
Arvia looks absolutely stunning, with some great additions to her sister ship Iona. What would you say is your favourite addition on Arvia?
Has to be the swim up bar, the rope course, and Green & Co ❤️
What do you think are the best additions since you are seasoned Iona cruisers?
Hi Jamie, just wondering the Thermal suite Package, is it only available to buy onboard, as I have looked online in my booking and I can only book 2 hours slots daily
It’s just 2 hour slots, correct ✅
Love a potter!! Thanks for this video. 😎👏🏼
Oh I love a good potter too 😂
It felt like 6000 plus. when i was on in july .... Got used to it and managed our days well .
👍👍👍
I have watched this 13 times so far, and I go on in July
Oh that’s an unlucky number so watch it one more time please 🙏 lol 😂
@@TravelBlogJamieHave done
@@poamis 😂
Going on this in 2026 september so im gonna make a list of where everything is so i dont get lost
Hehe 😛 good luck!
🎉🎉🎉
🥂🥂🥂
Slight correction - 3 cinema screens not 4 (4 on Iona, 3 on Arvia)
Be interesting to see how she compares with the titanic size wise
🧐
how does one uses the laundry room? do we have to pay? does it operate on coins or tokens? many thanks for this wonderful video, looking forward to my trip this winter.
No, you operate it from the panel I showed, for free
@@TravelBlogJamie thank you.
@@marialu2722 no problem 😌
Hi, do you know what time the shows were on in the theatre please and was there a long wait at dinner time for a table? Going with my fiancé and we usually eat around 7:30pm. Thanks x
@@michelleuk4788 hi Michelle - shows usually 3 times a night and times may change. We didn’t have long wait times for dinner but we didn’t always eat at the MDR. I’d recommend watching my 2 weeks on Arvia vlogs for lots of tips about getting the most from this ship
Enjoyed the video - thank you. What time of day did you film, seemed to be no sun bed issues 😂😂
It was between 10am and 12.30pm I filmed ❤️
Excellent vlog Jamie thank you we are on rhe Arvia in June. I know you said price changes in Epicurean but is it in the £30 region ? Do they still do chargeable Afternoon tea in Epicurean because i know the free one in main dining room has been stopped ?
Yes still do Charger able afternoon tea in epicurean and yes, dinner in £30 region. Currently no afternoon tea in main dining room on Iona or Arvia
Thanks Jamie for your reply . Are you off somewhere nice again soon ?
@@BarryFinch-nx7ku yes - Norwegian fjords soon
Excellent thanks Jamie, that has set me up nicely for my first cruise on Arvia on the 28th May. I shouldn't have too much trouble finding my way around as the layout looks pretty similar to Iona with enough changes to make it exciting - can't wait.
Yes you’ll find your way around no problem! Just a few changes here and there. Have a great time!
You'll be glad to know I safely negotiated my way through this video so I should have no issues getting through the shopping centre on Arvia when I get on this ship in April next year!
Lol 😂
Hi Jamie your blogs are very interesting i was wondering if you had any problems when wanting a sun lounger when on Arvia as i have seen a few negative comments regarding getting one as people have said that people come & reserve them with there towels very early in the mornings what are your tips on where to have one if wanting to use one other than reserving with towels as i find that unfair to other guests 😀
Hi Colin - I’d recommend you watch my ‘2 weeks on Arvia’ vlogs as I actually went out on deck about 2.30pm in the blazing sun to see if what people online were saying was true - that there were no loungers. Towels can’t be left on loungers as staff tag them and then remove items after a time frame. I never once had a problem getting a lounger in the whole 2 weeks.
Thanks for showing the accessible lift to D19. It's good to know exactly what we'll be looking for.
Very welcome
Excellent, Jamie, thanks. I particularly like your restaurant reviews. Looking forward to our family holiday on Arvia.
Thank you 🙏 Hope you have a great cruise!
Fantastic ship tour. Really top deck.
I'm going to be hearing that music loop in my dreams for weeks though
😂😂😂
Looks like Carnival’s Mardi Gras, Celebration, and Jubilee. Probably because Carnival owns P&O!
AIDA also have this model
Hhhmmmm people with their feet up on the chairs in Anderson’s Bar?? Ruuddee.
Oh dear
Looks brilliant, just booked the 2023 transatlantic to the Caribbean & cannot wait. One question, do they serve Adnams Broadside in Brodies?
Great news and hope you enjoy! Sorry but I have no idea if they sell that - tbh I’ve never heard of it (assuming it’s beer though 😂)
@@TravelBlogJamie Yes my friend it's a beer, I know they serve it on the Britannia & Azura so hopefully they do on the Arvia, Thanks for the reply 🙂
Was it a Port day? It seemed quiet on the upper decks.
If you look again you’ll notice I film the ocean as we are sailing - it was a Sea Day for sure
@TravelBlogJamie ok thank you.
Oh and brilliant job on the vlogging. Deffo the best
@@stevenbeadle8626 that’s awesome if you! Thank you 🙏
Little maffoo appearance 😊
👀👀👀
I really need to try a cruise
👀👀👀
Do it! At the very least it is an excellent value holiday. Be warned though: you may get hooked on them.
Thanks for this awesome viewing of the ship. Going in Feb 🎉
Have fun!!
It certainly wasn't made under snp management that's for sure.
👍
Jamie the ship is too big give me Arcadia or Coral Princess any day
Oh my goodness I don’t think any ship is too big or too small
Fab vlog, am really enjoying your tours. 🙂❤️
Thank youuuuu 🙏 Really appreciate it!
Arvia v Iona… which you think is best?
I Like Arvia Most for the extra dining options, the rope course and swim up bar
Another amazing video. It must have taken ages to get all that footage!
2 1/2 hours of walking around one sea day 😂😂😂
@@TravelBlogJamie that is a long time, but I thought it would take even longer to get such excellent footage. Thanks for sharing it.
@@ClaireD-bg8lu a lot of decks and tend to get stopped quite a lot on my way around 😄
haha! Hi Jamie, I'm Jaime and I'm going on this in a couple of days and this told me everything I needed to know! Thanks!!!
Hoorah! Hope you enjoy 😊
We're booked on her for March next year in the Caribbean. I'm completely hyped for it.
Awesome! We are doing the Caribbean this Christmas
@@TravelBlogJamie Its our first cruise and I've been binging your videos alongside Emma's and The Cruise Monkeys for tips. You all have been very helpful and only helped build the excitement. So much that we've already booked another cruise in 2025 on Iona's Norway run. I blame you most of all for this :D
@@wastedspace9739 I will happily take alllll the blame for you 😂😂😂
@@wastedspace9739 I’m totally here for ya!
Ops. We just booked Arvia for Sept 2025. We loved Iona
Oooooops!!!
Thanks Jamie going arvia in August and July next year
Hope you enjoy 😊
Great blog❤
Thanks Janet
