I just received this wok from Amazon yesterday and this is the only UA-cam video I found. I don't understand why people post unboxing videos. This goes down as one of the best sleep induced unboxing videos ever published on UA-cam.

Agreed. This was pointless. I just ordered this wok also as it seems identical to the $56 Pow Wok. Did you have trouble seasoning it?

with this work with common gas stoves or do you need more btu's to make up for the burner being so far away and/or most wok cooking needs higher btu's in general ?

I’ve been looking for a bottom ring for my wok that was gifted to me new. I have an gas stove, so can you please tell me how do I use this walk? Do I need to just buy a Ring and then set the walk on top to cook on top of a glass electric stove? The wok is about 14 inches I believe. Ty

Hello! thank you so much for watching! if you have this kind of wok and the bottom part is rounded, yes, you need the ring for it to stabilize or maintain its level so that your wok will not tilt sideways. Thank you and good luck!

Hello! With regards to electric stove I think the bottom part of this wok is not going to touch the surface of your electric stove specially if you use the ring.I hope this helps! Take care and Have a good one!😊
