All of these are relevant to a brand development, for sure. I do not think you can order them and just go down the list - for example, you will need a distillery to manufacture or package your product and know those costs as part of the business plan - etc
Also, you business plan is perpetually evolving - so it's not a one and done checklist item

This is a great video. I especially like the idea of creating a mood board.

What is all involved with finding a distillery to produce your product? As well the branding and marketing. Is copyright ©️ or trademarks ™️ involved prior to branding and distribution or distillery process? What is the upfront cost or fees involved? Are any of these inclusive or inclusions as to any part? Does a liquor license need to be purchased? Do you need an attorney and company, or online presence?

do you have any suggestion about someone who can evaluate my new created alcohol?

Do you mean taste it and give you feedback? If so, I'd recommend a focus group as part of your marketing research. You can also use a focus group for items such as what price point do they feel your product would do well at..... or opinions on packaging, etc etc.

I have a few questions how do you introduce the brand to event spaces

First, I would check with your distributor to see if they have a relationship with the venue/account. That may be a solid IN. If not, research who the F&B director is for the venue and reach out directly. Just know, you need a distributor to actually sell to them. Control States are different as well.
