Bonus tips: If you are following the Time Sprite, do the quests 'Desperate Measures' and 'Azzanandra's Quest' to get the Cosmic Accumulator and Pontifex Signet Ring. These quest rewards will help you gain sprite focus faster and make the time sprite last longer before moving. The Brooch of the Gods also gives you a +1 modifier to precision when you reach 100% sprite focus, letting you get artefacts faster. Also, if you want artefacts faster but don't care about materials, try the 'Flow State' relic. It gives you 20% more mattock precision but you don't receive soil. A fair trade if you planned on buying materials anyway, since the extra materials from the soil won't matter to you.
Another good tip is to always do the mysteries you can at your level. They give a good chunk of exp and are the best part of archaeology in my opinion.
@@ralphlee781 Haha no I hate them :D Yeah different strokes for different folks, when I play active I just prefer doing some PvM for a challenge, and afk skilling or something whilst doing something else.
@@bruhhh_4203 look i fully agree, i prefer a more sedentary approach to skilling, and quests i do find are boring, however i reckon the quests are still pretty cool in their own way though, like how all the story lines add to each other, and all of the lore behind it. I appreciate the effort if you know what i mean
- 3% to 6% extra xp from capping in your clan citadel. - Desert Pantheon aura can provide basically free pulse core boosts and - - +10% XP for an hour. Charges accumulate daily. Premier artefact has a porter buff and an +10% XP buff (can't be active at the same time) - Wisdom auras can provide a small amount of additional xp while training. Legendary Wisdom provides 2.5% extra for 90 mins. Resets daily. - Ring of Whispers from Sliskes Endgame provides a silent +3 Archaeology level boost (boosts all gathering skills) - Luck rings can be worn for extra rare items while training. Passive luck relics also work. - Lorehound pet has an ability to increase lore book drop chances. Summon it when trying to recover any missing journals
you forgot a few things: 1. Powerburst of opportunity - doubling applies to the precision bonus at 100% sprite focus, resulting in x12 precision at level 101+ with a Brooch of the Gods. 2. Brooch of the gods 3. Torstol incense sticks 4. Inspire Effort relic - but this is at level 117 (don't know if its boostable)
Is there a simple way to do collections, or do you have to go all over the world with the items in your inventory and physically give them to each NPC? I've only done 10 collections so far and it's painfully tedious.
the core bonus isn't 20% it's 10% from puls on regular exp and 10% from cinder on bonus exp, so only way u get 20% bonus exp is if u have bonus exp, so if u can try to wait for restoration of artifact to put ur bonus exp in the arch.
Hey, so if i keep repeating for example bandonesian 1 collection log with velucia and just keep turning in the same log, does that count towards my 20 unique collections for the professor log? It do i have to do different collection everytime like bando 1 2 3
If you do the Legendary Jack of Trades aura twice a day (renew it with premiere patch) you can gain 37 + twice to add to archaeology every day of the week...that's over 518 K xp a week for arch.
Boosts should not be used without the Master's outfit post level 99. The outfit extends the boosts by 10 minutes. Additionally, the material manual should be used when camping for staff/spear pieces as it increases the drop chance for those items.
He was talking about the buff that you get from standing next to someone when they pop their core, but even then he got it wrong since the cinder boost works as 10%boost to ur bonus exp, so only way you get 20% bonus exp is when u have bonus exp
got my hsr from a seren spirit at like 109 archaeology while hunting inquisitor's staff pieces. sold for nearly a max cash stack about a month ago. i went from enjoying arch to absolutely loving it lol (also had 5 or 6 staff pieces since then and i'm 117 at the moment)
Dang! I need to look more into the inquisitors parts, i knife relatively the idea. But i don't know the exact facts, but im grinding arch now have been since i started it lol
Another tip: Make use of the research team. The special research gives decent exp considering the low cost and the fact that you don't have to do anything for it. It also provides you with some free artefacts.
How do you restore the actual item though? I cannot access the consumables for the artifact while they are in bank, I cannot carry enough to complete a restoration. I am so confused
Teleport to the dig site from the archeology book, go to the station you restore items at and look just to the left, there is a storage area there and you can deposit all mats in there, even noted ones.
You have to just camp those 3 hotspots. I usually have better luck doing the higher level. But there’s no guarantee. Some you get right away others take hours. Thats just how it works. Thats why i dread doing the mysteries at stormguard citadel since i only farm tetras.
It’s all rng. It took me forever to get those stupid dwarf keys for the forge, but I boosted to lvl 89 and solved a mystery in 20 seconds without the proper lvl. You gotta be patient and camp it.

Cosmic accumulator is also good for afking since your sprite focus can't drop below 20% while excavating so you always have that 10% xp bonus.
keep in mind you need at least lvl 58 archaeology
Another good tip is to always do the mysteries you can at your level. They give a good chunk of exp and are the best part of archaeology in my opinion.
It's the worst part imo, I can't afk it and it's rather boring to do. Probably an unpopular opinion tho

Can't believe how fun this skill is after you take sometime to learn about the skill.
The Auto-screener is great. Removes the need for a soil box for the cost of a little divine charge.
you forgot a few things:
1. Powerburst of opportunity - doubling applies to the precision bonus at 100% sprite focus, resulting in x12 precision at level 101+ with a Brooch of the Gods.
2. Brooch of the gods
3. Torstol incense sticks
4. Inspire Effort relic - but this is at level 117 (don't know if its boostable)
He also forgot to mention auto-screener, which might come in handy.
Haven’t tried powerburst as my aim has been maximum afk. But x12 precision seems awesome! Also Inspire effort is boostable:)
Torstol and Dwarf Weed Incense, good for up to an additional 2% xp gained, and an 8% chance of banking materials, beyond Imp Souled and Porters.
Just hit lvl 78 and associate! Thanks for the tips and tricks
Additional you can use luna magiks to siv the soil after unlocking the spell through the farming mini game north of luna loadstone

Didymus the lorehound after 150 quest points helps finding lore pages while excavating.

cinder cores dont give extra xp. they just use double bonnus xp if you have that

@@lukapreradovic3365 That's exactly what tijs was saying, except a lot clearer and to the point then you did...
Do you need luck of the dwarves as well for the signet drop chance?
so the cinder core 10% exp is actually 10% bonus exp burn just puting it out there , so if u dont have bonus exp, just get the pulsecore boosts

Excalibur in off hand with wise and mobile
