Extract Audio from video using Audacity

In this video we show you how to extract audio from video using Audacity in Windows. The same will work in Linux but we had to pont Audacity to FFmpeg in Windows.

I could not install this FFmpeg codec no matter what I tried including upgrading Audacity. Then I tried VLC which kept crashing on me and in the end I realised that YTD Video Downloader actually also supports conversion to MP3 in the "convert" tab and it
worked like a charm. So there you go. Just be careful installing the YTD Video Downloader if you don't have it already, so that it does not install any crapware on your PC!!! READ what your clicking and don't agree to Terms and Conditions other than the YTD one!!!
