hey I just got the Loupedeck but I noticed the scale function isn't there for my dials in the plugin. Was it there for you at the start or did you get it in another way?
Same question and experience. I can't figure out how to assign scale, x, y to knobs
@@JustSay_Yes so I noticed there's two plugins; command post, and final cut pro. Make sure to install both of them, one of the two has the scale dial option
@@CubeHead Yes, I saw that as well. However, Commandpost is an Open Source shareware software that wants access to record your screen before it will open. That's too sketchy for me. I'm sure there are many who will use it, but it's not for me. I'll just grab the controls in the inspector.
I like it, but, $700 here in Canada. OUCH!
Hi Bryan can you possibly explain or do I video showing how to download the features from marketplace? And how to put it in ?
...or for no additional charge you can just learn to use the thing already on your desktop with 109 buttons and an array of combinations.. ;)
Had a loupdeck for nearly 2 years. Software for mac is terrible. No new software has been supported in that time. It's still intel and the response time in finalcut pro is dire. If you are an Adobe user and on windows it's probably a better buy as it has more support
hello Brian thanks for this video is great like always. Do you think you could share your setting by exporting it? I think could be very handy to import your setting into loupdeck as a good starting point.
best regards Simo
Thanks my G. You still using it in 2024, curious? Love.
The way you setup controls makes it look so intuitive. May finally have to check this device out and copy your exact button assignments haha
Same
Can use with color finale in fcpx
Very informative, Bryan! ASTIG!
glad you enjoyed it man!
I can't work out how to find the scale all and move position x and y to add to my Loupedeck ive looked through all of them but can't find the options :( anyone able to help ?
To be honest i have it but need long time to organize it also one of keys fall down but i stick it with super glue after that it work fine .. my final conclusion.. its nice device and can help you a lot but expensive and need time to organize it but it will help you if you got it and give it time
Bro I'm almost done editing Sal and Nikki's wedding and was considering this for so long... Why am I only seeing your video on this now 😭
Can you add 3rd party plugin (Color Finale) functionality to loupedeck CT like a brightness or contrast?
I’ll have to check, I haven’t added that in to mine yet
@acidus404 @BryanFrancisco Same question here. I use Color Finale and my Loupedeck CT just arrived. After a long research, I can confirm that it is possible to assign a Command Post button to add a color finale window to a clip. From what I have found out so far, there is no support yet for using the Loupedeck to work inside of the Color Finale window. Time for a feature request?
@@nauticfilms Thank you for checking and your opinion. It's a pity for people who color a lot in Color Finale. It would be nice to add this option in the next update.
This is awesome , I am old school used control surfaces in past (avid mc controller / euphonics) allowing me to move faster. Only problem it when final Cut studio was the thing.
Great video Bryan! Looks like a cool tool to help, one of those .. if I had the money then I’ll totally buy it type things 😔
Great review Bryan! I’m debating on getting one too. Have you had the opportunity to test the loupedeck+?
me ajudem com cesta básica pra meus filhos estou sem emprego dois filhos estou entrando depressão profunda com pensamentos de suicídio iremos morar na rua
Would you share your profile? I have a LP Live not the CT, and still learning how to customise it. My LD Live frequently just turns OFF, which is frustrating. Do you get that? Other times it just looses the profile and all buttons turn green!
What about the price?
Why would you pick this up instead of the Loupedeck plus for video editing?
Great video though
Cool! Thank you for sharing it ✌️
oh waw! I really would like to give it a try
Thanks for this video! Mine is shipping now. I've been watching many videos on the CT and so far yours is the most helpful.
Glad it was helpful!
Sir price
na I don't want it
Been debating on grabbing one of those, but hmmm.....
Yeah I know. I wish someone actually can tell us honestly if it's worth it
@@inhim05 right. Or the Loupedeck+. Still debating. But then there's Black Magic DaVinci that I need to learn to edit in.
Is it me or does his audio sound like a camera mic?
