You can actually choose what cars spawn in by just spawning in the cars beforehand and in the radial menu in the traffic section select "start trafffic"
next to that is also a delete traffic button so you dont have to restart the game.

I was so happy when I was finally able to properly calibrate it through the software and then seeing it work flawlessly
From my understanding, the problem was one of two things. Either the Fanatec drivers were absolute poo, or my wheel shaft wasn’t properly inserted.

In that case it's all about knowing _how_ to insert the shaft properly.

1:45 not quite, the game model technically says 1980's, but the car it's based on is the 1973 Ferrari 512 BB. If you look it up, they're pretty much 1:1, and the Bolide is meant to handle and drive the same way the Ferrari handled.

Once you get to higher FF values, you have to adjust the damping on the wheel itself. The shaking you see happens on real cars as well, but the manufacturer dampens the resonance out at the steering. That shaking comes from the wheels resonating.
Would you know how I can stop or reduce it for beam. I have Logitech g923 and letting go of the wheel at speeds over 70-80 mph ends up making me spin out
@@bluebirdlb2477 Adjusting it on the wheel is something that's only possible on direct drive models like the Fanatec. Your G923 could be adjusted depending on the game. At least Asseto Corsa has some tutorials on how to set it for it.
There's a bit more going wrong tho, it shouldn't happen when stopped.
@@SlyNine Stopped happens because part of the rumble from most wheels is generated by the step motor responsible for the steering.

If you want different AI, just spawn them and set them as AI or turn on Traffic polling, it always spawn different cars and don't load the 4 all over again
I get strained just from using the G29. Can't imagine how you where actually able to drive with 5 and up
that's probably because the wheel on the G29 is really small, so you feel the forces more even though it's not much, his wheel is way larger than the G29 so I feel like G29s 2.1 NM (it's max) feels like around 3 NM on the CSL DD
Also depends on the in-game force feedback percentage. if muye had force feedback on 100% he would definitely be fighting the wheel at 8

Btw, the cracking noise that you complained multiple times is caused by the plastic piece that connects your steering wheel to the shaft of the base, you can fix it by either adding some electrical tape on the thing where you screw the wheel or by upgrading the plastic piece with the metal one from fanatec.
Your wheel will not break but your ears might.

You should set up a wheel to spin (online) where every time you crash you spin it and it decides to either lower resolution, effect volume, change something about the car, change gravity, "deep fry" it, or something else

I didn't realise they made Direct drive wheels under 10Nm, we ran the 35Nm wheels in the sim centre and for under 16's it was setup to run at 20% 😅 16+ was using 60-80% depending on personal feeling
But it looks like he has his setup all wrong just because a wheel caps at 7 or 16 or whatever. Doesn't mean it should be generating 100% back and forth.
Even an 8nm wheel can tire someone out if it's doing that for 2 hours (unless they are actually pro car drivers)
