this property is so nice and very suitable for the people who has driving license because so remote and built on the hill area. also as you say, the maintenance cost is so high to maintain the outdoor area. the price is so reasonable. for elderly, this property is suitable as hospital for old people walk around the ground floor. but for us, 1st priority is price, 2nd priority is convenient, 3rd priority is unit layout and space and last priority is view or environment. anyway, thanks for your sharing. I see you sweating and show us the property so hard. give you five🖐 and a very "like". 👍

I love Malaysia condo for the generous space. The only drawback is the selection of materials for the finishes especially the flooring..is rather mediocre. Will be nice if the bedrooms are made cosier with wooden flooring
It depends on the range of products. For middle upper range products, usually bedrooms will be laminated/engineered timber flooring. Some may choose to add on themselves as laminated timber is rather convenient and easy to do. However, genuine hardwood timber is just too much hassle because of our weather, which is too hot and too wet.
It depends whether do you really utilize those spaces loh. But what I'm concerned about is when the maintenance is handed over from the developer to the owners.

Actually malaysian dislike wooden flooring due to termites is super common here. Its costly to maintain. They prefer marbles or tiles.
