Man I always enjoy your videos. Been doing this for 21 years and i have a tip for you. I used to leave standing water on the tile and in grout lines but for the past few years I have been using a Micro Fiber Carpet Cleaning Pad (that goes on a floor buffer) with a doodle bug holder that sticks to the pad and has a handle, as soon as i am done cleaning and sometimes halfway through i run the pad over the tile and it quickly absorbs water and then if needed i flip the pad and hit it again. No worries of hard water spots after it dries and it leaves the tile looking like it was just buffed. It also gives you the chance to find any debris like hair, little rocks, etc and remove it. Believe it or not no one else in my area uses this final step and that alone has given me some customer retention. I also use these pads on a floor buffer and I have some that are several years old! they last forever and are washable. get the size that fits the Oreck and use with pad driver on wood floors. You will be amazed especially on textured wood.
So I ordered the blue brush thinking it would be better then the green brush for grout. I wasn't impressed with it. I am going to order the green to see how that does on it. Logically thinking I would think the blue would be better but your grout came out fantastic with the green brush and you weren't impressed the blue one either. I am glad I saw this video. Thank you!
Lol everytime I watched that water pool up and spray up against the baseboard my stomach was in knots. Hopefully the bottoms of the boards were sealed up nice 🏊♂️
I’m looking at starting my own housekeeping company . I never used these in residential but I use industrial floor scrubbers as a housekeeping supervisor. Think getting this starting out to impress a client and save time is a good option or to much being new?
Question. I noticed you had something that looked like a wand. Would you mind sharing with me what cleaning products you used on the carpet and what you used to clean the floors downstairs with? Did you mop up after you cleaned them?
i LOVE your vids ty much for your post. If you don't mind. what pre treatment do you apply on your carpets and on your tile & grout jobs? And do you a carpet rake? TY
I love your videos, You've taught me a lot. Thank you for making them! Do you still use the oreck since you got a CRB? I haven't tried the oreck on tile yet but will be getting a red and green brush tomorrow.
Hello, I am surprised at the result. but I do not see a step. Do you suck dirty water then? what is your opinion on this machine? you satisfied her? do you recommend it? thank you so much. Julian
I've got one... it works well, but you gotta let your cleaning solution sit on the tile for 7-10 minutes to loosen up the dirt in the grout, then hit it with the Oreck or your scrubber of choice. I like my Oreck... a little more time consuming, but it can get in spaces that others can't and still works well.
Courtney my name is Benjamin how long did it take you to get the list of clients you have to be booked up like you are because man you are making money and you are working jobs my brother I want to do what you're doing. I have already started my business I am already licensed and insured I am working on getting my equipment together and buying some of my starter equipment and I'm learning a lot from watching your videos so thank you very much for sharing them. 💪💪😆
Truman Steemers carpet cleaning are there any tips you can give me on how to give a good estimate? How did you come up with the price of $700.00 for that house you did with the tile floor cleaning and carpet cleaning?

Is that green brush gentle enough to use on natural stone without scratching it? Or should the oreck natural fiber brush be used for natural stone?

Pat C yh, and put rise aid after mop in and dry
Truman Steemers what do you use to strip and seal tile, because man you do good work?
+Patrick Waters you can use a general stripper on tile floors and I like the dupont sealer from Jon don.
Thanks dude keep up the good work.
Do you have a link were we can get that tool u used for scrubbing the floor. The machine?
It's a Oreck orbiter you can buy them from Amazon for between 300 to 400 bucks. I use one in my cleaning business.

All that work and you didn't stretch out those carpet wrinkles

Wow, are prices really so low in GA? $700 would be the normal price for 700 sq ft of just the tile & grout cleaning.
What chemical are you using to clean the grout
How do you get up the solution after using the orbiter?
+Pat Collins extract with the truckmount
