Raw AB&J protein bars:
Combine 1/2 cup almond butter, 4-5 small pitted dates (soaked in hot water for 15 min and chopped), 1/3 cup sunflower seeds, 2/3 cup walnuts, 1/4 cup hemp seeds, 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/4 cup protein powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 cup coconut flakes, 1/2 cup freeze dried strawberries, and 1/3-1/2 cup water in a food processor. Press into bars and chill.

Lindsey, I totally feel you on the stress of trying to control everything. Your content is one of those things that helps me feel grounded again and take control so to speak 😊 It’s funny because while you started washing dishes, I was already washing dishes along with you haha. I’m moving too and the stress is so chaotic, but we got this, girl. I also have a summer birthday 🥲 and I’m also growing to love and spending time outdoors as an experience that helps me focus on. my fav places to hike in/around LA are Malibu/Topanga Canyon, and for closer to home - Griffith Park! So many amazing little hikes there. I use All trails app and you can narrow down what type of trail is best for you!! :) Happy hiking 💞
