- In this video I review the Playmates 1990 Pizzaface toy! I talk about the Pizzaface Prototype that they left in the planning phase. I talk about Pizzaface's history across the different TMNT timelines (it's not much!). I also discuss one of his variants that I don't have it on hand.
Enjoying your review while eating my cold breakfast pizza! I was the same as a kid; skipped out on Pizza Face due to him being a human character. Man I missed out! Hope Super7 makes him in eventually, and fingers crossed for and alternate brother head. Great review as always!

Pizza Face was the only TMNT toy I got as a boy. My mom thought the show was too violent, so I rarely watched it, but I did get the one toy from an aunt and uncle. I never really knew anything about the character, but loved the toy!
My one Aunt watched me one time and told me that I couldn’t watch my Tmnt vhs tape because she thought the cartoon was too violent, it’s funny because the show is so unviolent, I think people just saw the names and weapons and thought it had to be the most violent show in the planet. There were a few times I’ll admit they were probably right. My dad hated the Casey Jones and Slash episodes because all the two of them did was smash things. Casey especially just loves to break stuff.
The Pizza Face episode was the first of Nickelodeon Ninja Turtles I saw, and it converted me to that show. I mean, what other show has threat-of-the-week episodes involving pizza mutants singing about making people into calzones and eating them? So insane and hilarious.

Love this dude - Pizza face, his stubby hands and that face only a mother could love! Again like others have said, i hope he is part of a super 7 release, would love to get this guy. Have the original.

Cool review! I just perchance my first pizza face... I got the variant! I always been a fan but was never been able to find him. I like him because he is a lot like toxic crusaders or garbage pail kids.
I think Toxic Crusaders and Garbage Paul Kids are the perfect comparison for him. He probably looks great next to the TC playmates toys. Thanks for watching!
Well, the tmnt 2 recolored remake project on openbor shows us pizzaface as a chef of this pizzeria, making the other three guys his thugs. Also it's pretty funny how merso10 implement him in his project rescue palooza, where he was the creator of food mutants and bizarre creatures from turtles forever.
I need to check both of those out!
