I want to get a cast iron pan. Do you find it a lot of work to maintain? How do you wash it? Also I have that same machine and it seems like your double espresso shot doesn’t quite give you the amount it should? I get a much bigger shot. I wonder if your machine needs to be de calcified. Anyways just thought I’d mention that. You’re a busy lady with the amount your work!
I just rinse off my cast iron, dry it with a paper towel and use oil on the pan. My machine may need to be calcified.

I keep hearing about lavender coffee and it just doesn’t make sense to me. Lavender is supposed to relax you but coffee gives you energy, lol. It’s an interesting mix
